What state do you live in?

No offense, but maybe a job? I know in my state they will go after him. Your local welfare office can help...even though I am against people living off welfare.

You should get the child support if you do not live with the father of your children. Each state is responsible for developing a child support program child support that complies with federal requirements, including a guidelines method of calculating child support. Most states have their own "Child Support Guidelines Worksheet" used by local courts and state Child Support Enforcement Offices to determine a "standard calculation" of child support. Courts may deviate from this standard calculation in particular cases.
If you live in the state which recognizes common marriage you may be entitled to receive alimony. A common law marriage is just as legally binding as a statutory or ceremonial marriage in most jurisdictions — it is just formed differently. You need to have divorce.

If you dont have an income I amnot sure why you are worried about tax returns. What are you looking for?? I hope you are looking to marry this guy. If not maybe it is time to start planning your life in the future without him as you support. He will need to support the children, but you should be able to have your own, or be able to contibute financially to the living situation

If you have custody, then you should receive child support.
You should contact your local welfare office and see if they can help prepare you for the work force. They can recondition you so you can go out and provide for your children. You don't want to live off government assistance for long. You should be able to get a job.

If you split up, you may get child support, but without being legally married, I would say you get nothing.

You could only go for child support.Other than that if you are not legally married then you are not obligated to get anything.
