I need to find out if a divorce is finalized but I live out of state. The other person is being stubborn and refuses to let me contact them to see if the papers were already turned in. Is there anyway I can check for myself to see if it has already been filed?

I don't know how many times I've told my wife that it bothers me that she reads that filth. Does she expect me to be all mushy and sensitive and romantic like the men she reads about? It makes me feel so insecure. But last night I walked in on her reading the new Danielle Steel book. How can I make her change, or should I just divorce her?

ive been with my husband 5 years. he used to get very moody and snap at me all the time and after a while i got so sad and lonely with it. he wasnt very affectionate sometimes and i used to get hurt by this. so one day i did a disgusting thing and slept with someone else. i feel so awful and vile and ive come close to ending it all a few times lately. my husband doesnt know and things are getting alot better at home. but i cant forgive myself and i hate myself so much. its eating me alive and it really hurts to know i have been so terrible. this is not the real me, im a quiet person and im very gentle. i think i just wanted to be wanted. but i feel so awful and sick that its hard to wake up everyday. what can i do?

why is it that you want to cheat with someone , and the only story you can say is she/he doesnt give me sex , or its just the same old thing; no variety , or she dont do the things she used to , or she is all ways tired ......or he dosent pay me any attention, or he/she did it , 2 wrongs dont make it right , but it make it damn sure make it even attitude ? then the cycle continues and we have another generation doing the same thing mommy and daddy did ......... i mean why do u even stayed married if you wanna cheat ,

life ,love, chils, house, cottage, bikes,boats,sport cars etc..........out in the restaurants, travel etc........I gave respect, honesty, compassion. What I dont get is why would a woman want to **** up a life like this to have an affair with a bad boy... Ladies please try and explain this to me. at schools and colleges....recently, he took his poems out....poems he'd written about his ex gf who cheated on him and shared them with the college students....he did not mention this to me b4 hand....and it has really upset me....am I wrong to be upset? after 17 years of mariage, she decides to hit the bar seen with her friends. Hey I made nothing of it but as time progressed shed come in at 3 in the morning and I know what time the bars closed at. All drunk and I know my wife and for some reason shes wasnt as tight as she would normally be plus she had all these new crazy moves. Then it hit me time to look into this. What a surprise, caught her in another mans arms, sex chatting online, listed in lavalife. While Im out busting my balls working and putting the pay check on the table, taking care of my son, massaging her feet making super, cleaning you know all the nice things I was just pulling my weight. Her response after doing all this is you like a statue nice to have when you want to see it you bring it out....... Or I dont want to talk about it. Now things are different I dont see life the same, its been tarnished. Yes we stayed together after all of her several escapades. Now i want to go out but she wont let me. What do I do?

I used to do stand-up comedy where most of my material was about being a husband and father and how I felt I was treated unfairly. After every show I would get a ton of guys coming up and telling me they feel the same way.
Since this is such a topic for me, I tend to steer conversations this way when I talk with other men and find that a lot of men have feelings that they are much more willing to talk to men about then they are with their wives. I think there could be a lot of good done if I could figure out a way to get these messages to women. I have thought of writing a book, but will anybody publish a book that isn't authored by a Phd? Would you read a book about relationships not written by a Phd?

lately we've been fighting quite alot, i've always thought it was my fault as he managed to make me feel guilty and began to treat me awfully more and more each day. i accessed his account by chance & found many correspondants from and to different females. he says that he doesnt like me anymore and that he'd like to disgard the romantic part in our relation, he also says that i interfere much with his life & business, but after a while he hugs me and says that loves me. when i asked him if he still loves me, he answered that he loves segments of me! to my surprise we still have a sexual life. how can a man make love to his wife and the next days dates another online. i dont know how to handle my pain and since i'm not ready to seperate now, plz advise how can i handle this stuation with wisdom.

My friend's husband goes out everyother Monday night to a bar with a co-worker of his (whom is a female). They work the same shift at their place of employment. My friend never goes along with them granted she has to be at work at 6:30 in the morning and her husband and co-worker works nights. He goes to her house picks her up and then spends from 9pm until 1am when the bar closes. He then takes her home. My friend has questioned her husband about certain things, but keeps getting answers that he probably thinks she wants to hear. She is lost and confused as to what is happening and what is going on. They have a child together who is 5 and they have been together for 7 years. Does anyone else out there who is married has had experiences like this and what have you done to resolve the matter.

She is a high powered lawyer and has a trial all next month. She threatened to take the kids completely so I agreed to let her have the kids most of the time. She wants me to take them next month so that she can be free to do whatever for her trial and also continue to see the men she dates now. I refuse. The kids have a regular nanny. I see them on my regular schedule, four days every two weeks. For those of you who will say "that is why she left you" it is not. I tried for six months to get her back and did everything, and i mean everything, she wanted. Sacrificed a lot. I have begun a new life and don't believe that I should change it, even temporarily, to accommodate her.
