to make a long story short, me and my baby father knew each other because we are both in the military. however, i did n't know he was married, he said he was divorced but he lied. then once i found out he said he is separated trying to get a divorce. but that was a lie too. because he left to be with his wife. he claims that the military was moving him to hawaii, but he requested because he wife was moving to hawaii. thruogh all of this i found out i was pregnant and he didn't believe me now DNA test prove he is the father. he hurt me so much because he lied and he left me all alone. however i still care for him. and i think deep down he cares for me too but he is married. i would never tell him how i feel because i respect people marriage. so he finally admit he is married. and now 1 year pass and he said he is mad at his wife because he wants a divorce and she said no to wait until she gets back from iraq. i truly don't believe that. i just thinks he wants to play games with me.

My husband looks at naughty pictures of women all the time and talks about how skinny and pretty other women are all the time. it makes me feel so fat. (i wear a size 6) but its to the point that the last few days i have not been able to touch him so he has resorted to taking it while i sleep. he's very careful not to wake me up but then he brags about it in the morning telling me he took it. I feel so violated. i just dont know what to do.

Its kinda an odd situation isnt it i mean imagine you break up with your wife and you deside the kid is better off with you is this considered kidnap? Or what if the husband somehow puts the wife out of the house and takes care of the kid again is this kidnap? I would like to understand the procedures as my wife has gone out of her mind. I mean we both are the parents sinse court doesnt start right at that moment who decides whether the child stays with the father or mother? Procedures?

How more detailed can I get than my title? I found out about all of this in March from my (X) best friend of 33 yrs.! My hubby and I weren't married at the time, but I married him a month after I found this out. I don't talk to her tho. My husband and I had broken up for a short time last yr and I went off the deep end. (during the break up he slept with a young woman & she wound up prego!! It's his & she's 10 mos. old. I'm stepmom now too!) Said he'd never hurt me like that again, and then he did this. The betrayal & lies still hurt so bad. How do I truly move beyond this? I see a therapist, was diagnosed w/ panic/anxiety, agoraphobia, manic depression when he left me because he couldn't handle being with my kids & I anymore. Yes-yellow-bellied and admits it! Apologized & didn't lie when I found out, still thinks him a pile of crap, but I feel he's too confident that I've forgiven when I haven't. Leery of him going anywhere w/o me. I have been with my boyfriend for 4 years. We have a good relationship and I love him alot-- he even moved to the same city I go to med school in so we could be together. For the past 3 years, marriage was not something on my mind. But now I'm in my last year of medical school and will likely have to move to a new city for residency. My boyfriend always says that he wants to get married sometime in the near future. His game plan is for us to move wherever my residency is and buy a house together. We currently live seperately (he nixed the idea of living together when his lease expired in June). I have no doubts that he will move to the new city with me, but I dislike the love of my life being comfortable changing cities &making a huge purchase like a house, but marrying me "sometime in the future" We've discussed marriage and he said we could do it, but I want him to want us to marry by his own accord, not me give an ultimatium. What would you all do?

lately i feel like packing up my bags and leaving my home for a few days alone without my husband and my kids whats wrong with me seem like since he stopped working and started laying his lazy asss around the house and hanging with his friends all the time and in between me coming home to kids screaming and running through the house immediately when i get home i just feel like turning around and going back out the door why do i feel this way?

So im a good looking guy, i was in the army now in the gov't, make ok money. im very romantic, touchy feely, love to kiss. We been married for 2 years and at 1st we had sex like 3 times a day and now its like 1 a month. I am in shape, have noce body good looks, and sometimes it makes me feel nasty when she doesnt wasnt me and i know other girls out there would do me etc. I love her and i have never slept with another girl since i met her. Known him for 11 years, lived together for 4 years, 6 years later finally got married. His overly suspcious, checks the cell phone constantly, has developed a certain self-destructive habit, and yet in the same breath states that he is sooo in love with me and no other. I am currently separated from my husband of 13 years. We've been apart for 2 years. Recently we've been trying to work things out but I'm not 100% sure about this whole thing. We've been struggling with our marriage for 10 years. Anyways, I went out tonight with a gf to watch a friend of mine play drums in his band. I've kinda had a crush on him and tonight I found out he's been asking my gf about me and she told him I was getting back with my ex. She never told me he was interested in me however I always picked up on his vibe. He was always touching me, smiling at me and tonight he acted a lot different. I guess my dilemma is I really don't want to go back wit h my ex when I seem to be interested in everyone but him. I keep running into these great guys but I'm still tyed to the ex even though I don't wanna be so I never get a chance with these guys. What should I do?

Here's a relatively complicated situation:

1. A friend of mine has a father that once had a green card for the US. As they left to go back to their country, they would probably have to start again.

2. The above party was married to someone & they were never officially divorced in the state of California - even thought the couple hasn't lived together for years. As such, they are having a hard time getting the party back into the USA (the other party has married and divorced twice since then).

3. While my friend has been able to track down the party that has married and divorced twice, the party is less than willing to actually support getting an official divorce.

Are there any resources that the family could use to get their father back into the USA?
