Look Alimony is for a spouse so they can live close to as they did before getting divorced. If you get married alimony stops no and if or whats about it. This why alot of spouses of the rich and famous don't remarry. They don't want the millions a year to stop.

No. Alimony might want to of been ordered on the time of the divorce,, & for sure it wasn't . she will be in a position to't get it now being remarried. maximum alimony orders state that when the social gathering receiving Alimony, remarries the order is rescinded.

California divorce state law stops alimony payments if she remarries, unless it was it was negotiated at the time of the divorce to continue payments after a remarriage and that the judge ruled in favor of it. but to tell u the truth it is not common to continue alimony after remarriage. have u'r friend look it up on ca.gov then look under alimony payments.

Not in most cases, depends on the state, but he will still have to pay child support if there is a child involved, his divorcee papers should say weather or not he has to pay the alimony...

he stops paying unless there is a agreement by both parties in the divorice that he keeps paying. which is very unlikely
