How do you put the spark back into your marriage? After years and years of childraising and being busy and caught up in all the activities (boy scouts, girl scouts, music lessons, sports, etc. etc. etc...) it's all family time but no US time anymore...sex is like "huh?" so what do you do? How do you go back in time and recapture what you once had. Soon the kids will be grown and out of the house, and I dont want to find us living in separate rooms and being two ships passing in the night...any suggestions?

My relationship with my gf just ended some 5 weeks ago ( it lasted for 2 years and we went through 3 breakups, she initiated all), i am still thinking of her alot. i lov her still and of course i wish that we would get back together. Her reason for breakup was that she doesn't love me anymore ( no more special feelings) then i asked her if she would like to re-establish the flame , her response was that if it reestablishes it reestablishes ( in other words taking things as it comes). And according to her the best way of reestablishing the flame is to remain in contact with her. However i have read through many articles that i should ignore her and completely cut off contact and somehow one day she would return to me. so which advice should i follow? my husband and I have been married for 5 years now and since we have had a kid i feel we have grown apart. Sometimes I just feel repelled toward him and I dont' know how to fix that. he kisses me and I can't stand it. I was married 2 years ago. Last month my brother in law was killed in a car wreck with a drunk driver. I have been with my husband since i was 16, married for almost 10 years, turning 29 soon, have a 81/2 year old, currently 2 months pregnant. Our relationship has its good points and its downs. My best friends mother in law is completely taking over her wedding planning. She invited a bunch of HER friends to the rehearsal dinner (that my friend doesn’t even know). She told the musicians to be there on Sunday, when she knew the rehearsal was Saturday. She wants to pick the music they play. Okay, this is very strange. The other evening around 6pm my husband woke up from his nap.I was sitting at the computer. He looked right at me & said "Mama". I said "What?" Then he said "Where's my wife?" & went upstairs while unsnapping his pants to use the bathroom. When he came back down I said what's wrong with you; are you sleep walking?
