I am not going to bore you with the cliche or try to offer sage advice. Simply put. It is so good to flirt. and to want more and even fantasize about it is healthy.
Definitely enjoy the attention and let it be the spice of your life. Try to remember this. A recent study shows that married people have sex more often the single people do. Have fun and keep flirting.

I don't want to call you any type of names or take your inventory for you. If you are 38 years old then your old enough to take a good look at yourself and see where your live may be heading. Sounds to me like you really like the attention that others bestow on you and may actually try to intiate it at times. Maybe if you asked yourself how you would feel if the same thing was happening to your husband then you may be able to answer your own questions. Communications is the most important thing married couples can share. So why not have a good heart to heart with your husband and if you decide that you'd like to be a tease or be chased by other men then you should do the proper thing and inform your husband so that he can leave and start a new life also. Best of luck to you.

Well listen to this, though. You're 38, probably thinking you weren't going to look so good at that age. You've surprised yourself. Your confidence is way up there, and you've really started to learn who you are as a person. I think everybody goes through that, I know the feeling. I myself am married and on occasion wonder how it would be with one of my exes. (A good ex at that) But I don't act on it, because my wife CHOSE me...You have to think of it like that. Does this flirty guy just want sex or is there a mental/emotional connection? And I would have to speculate on your marriage seeing that no information was given. Hope things are well, but definitely look into this matter.

Remember, the guy you're married to loved you and asked you to marry when you didn't look as hot. He's smelled the mess you make in the bathroom. He's seen you the morning after. He agreed to be with you in sickness and in health, and when you're too old to walk without a walker. Keep in mind, these guys flirting with you only want one thing, and it's not a life long commitment. Always remember, you never look as good or as bad as you think you do.

i don't think you are a failure as a wife. i think that all women and men go through this from time to time. it's the age old forbidden fruit thing that is usually the attractant. be sure of this though, no matter how good he looks, how charming he is or how smooth he talks, someone somewhere was or is tired of putting up with his sh**.

maybe not a failure, but definetly risky behavior. Put yourself in his shoes and treat him as you would want to be treated. Always good advice
