what if you met a guy/girl and live with him/her and decide to get married and it turn around that that person kicked you out with two kids homeless and have his/her's ex move in throwing all out in the rain. what do think about it!

Our court date for the divorce was in July. My lawyer just emailed that he has not submitted the official decree to the judge for signing as of yet. (August 10th) So am I legally divorced or not? I was looking to buy a home but want to make sure I am 100% safe.

I work in a very affluent area and I've noticed that a lot of women around here keep their madien names and don't take their husbands surname. Why is that? Personally I don't have a problem changing my last name when I get married. Not that I dislike my last name I just think its proper to change it once you get married...its tradition. But I don't really get why some women don't change their last names....

to love a woman too much? I miss my wife even when she is just in the other room..I pull out of the driveway in the morning and find myself calling her before I even get a block away to tell her how much I love and appreciate her. All day long I find her dancing in my mind all throughout the day that I get caught by coworkers just smiling away all the time because of my thoughts I have of my wife.
It took me a long time (i'm now 50) to find someone I truly love wholeheartedly.
Is it possible to love someone so much or am I stuck in a really happy dream?

How do I not go insane and not call and check up on him and not chase him around. I know it is crazy. We are getting a divorce because he done some things he shouldn't have done and basically we just can't get along. But I do still love him.

It just seems like he has already moved on and it is so hard for me to think of him with someone else I don't know what I will do when I actually see it. I know I will probably never find anyone else because I am short and chubby and have 2 kids. UGHHHHHHHHH I hate this!

i was looking on my space the other day and found my husbands ex wife. he was married to her only 6 months and weve been married 11 years. but on her space were pictures of her and his wedding no his piture but his family and not her new husbands and her wedding well i did something stupid i mess her and asked her why she had her ex husbands stuff and not new family. i wasnt ugly to her. i know his brother and sister have started talking to her . his brother called him and he went over there my husband told me in the hit of the fight that if i started mess with her our marrage is over i am pissed. i know i shouldnt of done it . now it was just like he was defended his family and her and didnt care what i had to say. hes cheated and has lied so theres is that trust for those who have helped me on ? before. please someone give me some good advice if need more info email me the ? thanks

Now I am not a virgin anymore. But, I did save my self for marriage. I was 28 years old when I got married. But, when I say something about it a lot of people think it is werid or freaky. Why is that? A lot of people ask why I waited so long? And if I have a bad marriage? Why would you have a bad marriage if you saved your self? I would think it would be a better marriage. My husband was shocked that I was a virgin when I met him at the age of 25. But, he was willing to wait until we got married to make love. We have a very good sex life. Why is it consitered bad to "wait".?

Why am I obsessed

I have been married to my husband for 9 months now and things between us are great. We have a lot of the same intrests, we make love at least 3 times a week and boy is it good. He even told me that I am his soul mate and would do anything for me. However I have this thing where I just want to know everything about his past. I have gone through all his things and found pictures of an ex he was dating b4 me and it just drives me crazy. She has blonde hair and I am brunette, so it makes me think that this is what he liked. I even went as far as sending fake text messages to him on his cell from her with pics I found on his computer I felt guilty so I ended up telling him and he contacted her to find out if it was true ashe said yes that she had forgotten about him. He told me he was going to leave me but he ended up forgiving me and we worked it out and have never brought it up again...but now I am even more obsessed witth her. Help!

Our neighbor recently received a letter from his daughter.They had a falling out when his ex wife asked him to take the daughter out of the state to his home, because she was having premarital sex, and going to drop out of school. She left after she became out of control, but not before she graduated HS. He made the effort to write to her 4 years ago to see if they could reconcile. She refused.
She has since married, and ready to become a grand mom.
Her letter stated she wants to reconcile now because she heard of 2 family members deaths. Her brother took the same position in her defense regarding being taken from the state, and won't communicate with the dad either.
I told him I would be very leary of her motives.

What would be your advice?
