Get off the computer. Stop whacking off with on line people you don't know. Make a marriage counselling appointment and tell your wife where and what time. At least she will know you are serious. If she shows, talk about the things you need to. If she doesn't show, talk to the counsellor anyway. Good luck.

I am currently going through a separation, and I just wanted to share something that might help.
Don't just let her go. If you want her back, if you want to save your marriage...put some EFFORT into it. SHOW her how much you love her and how much you don't want her to leave. Try your hardest. Problems can be solved if you are both willing to try, but women usually don't try unless they think it will be worth it. Show her that you're worth it.
