Since gender roles have changed considerably, my question is what are the roles of a husband and what are the roles of a wife? I don't mean doing the dishes and the laundry kinda stuff...I mean in regards to support and love and etc?

A few years back I was told by my boyfriend, future husband that men love differently than women do. That it's all about sex. That is the way men love. Nothing like the way women love with thier heart and souls.I was amaized to stubble on what I thought was the secret that only men knew about on another.....I questioned this information.I found out after being married for 5 years and now getting a divorce from this man, my husband ,who told me this. That this was not how men love. This was how he loved....Please input from the guys...especially

I have been in a relationship for 8 years, have 2 small kids and work. Am usually tired and stressed to some degree. Sex is not really something I feel like at the end of the day. It is causing problems between us. Any suggestions? Should I grin and just do it?

My boyfriend and I broke up ten months ago. We had been living together for a year and half. We had seriously talked about marriage and looked at rings before. It was a mutual decision because we were having problems but I know that both of us still loved each other. He started dating someone else two months later which I thought was a rebound. My dad died 6 months after we broke so my ex wanted to see me because he felt bad. He told me that he still had feelings for me and that there was no passion in his new relationship, which was still going on, and he never wanted to have sex with her. I asked him to come back and he said no because if it didn't work before it wouldn't work now. He said he tried to talk to me about the problems before we broke up. I don't remember but I tend sometimes ignore problems and hope they will go away. I told him I still loved him and was ready to work on things. He said no. He proposed to her six weeks later. I want him back! What can I do?

My partner told me on tuesday that it was over between us. I have just gone through a major heart op and he has been tking over all of my resposnsibilities. We rowed due to a confession i made but he agreed i did the right thing by telling him. He has been there for me 100%. I personally think he is exhausted from recent events with me and was looking for a row. Should i just give him space to calm down and rest or accept its over. We were fine up until the row but i do think he is finding it hard to cope and was just looking for an excuse to have a row. Any suggestions??

I have no desire to hurt either my wife or my family, and want to be friends with this new girl as I am having fun and want to continue our friendship. There has been no kissing or the like, but I gave her a hint that I needed to tell her something next week and I want to be as nice as possible, since I like her and I think she likes me. We get along very well, but I don't want to push it to the next level, but be able to hang out every once in a while with my new friend.

I Separated from my husband and I agreed to divorce him but before any divorce proceedings took place he re-married and changed his faith to Muslim, But I do not know where I stand legally does this free me? I just don't know where I stand. He is in Tanzania east Africa I know his whereabouts but not his exact address. He is the father of my 3 children one of which is only 5 months old but he has shown no interest since we returned to the U.K He is British and I could possibly get him thrown out of Tanzania so that i can sort this out but I feel that by doing that he will cause problems for myself and my children

My husband and I have been seperated for about three months now. We have 2 kids and he is holding out on hope that we will get back together even though I have told him that it is over. I am not even sexually attracted to him anymore because of all of the bad things that he has done. When he tries to kiss me I get nauseous and when he touches me he makes my skin crawl. He wants me to give us a break and then try again later at least for the kids sake but I just don't see any hope for us. I do love him but I am not sure if I am IN love with him anymore or if I ever will be again. What should I do?

when ever i say something sexy to my husband he laugh and then either ignore me or choose not to pursue the conversation further he do not go out of his way to talk sexy to me he just give the standard hello and goodbye kiss here and there and occasionaly might come over and hug me our sex life is not the best either i have tried to talk to him about the fact that if he do not act loving towards me then when it come to having sex i cannot really jump at the chance of doing it cause i need something to work with as far as being turn on when it come to foreplay he do not spend alot of time in that area also it make me wonder cause i found out that he talk to women on line and his conversations with them tend to be raunchy but withme he just don't bother any advice cause i am not sure what to do in a situation like this!

My husband and I are arguing over this. I haven't slept in in over a year, he does every day. Is he entitled to all the rest, or should he share?

I just wanted to find out a mans opinion on this subject :
Ok I have a friend who is messing with a married man. They started off as good friends. She is married also. She is currently going through problems with her husband . She telling the Friend all the problems shes going through. He also has problems in his marriage . They share their common problems... Well now they're sleeping with eachother. Here is the problem... He knows she like him but hes always telling her about how he love his wife and he always talking about other women around her. (I think hes just using her.) Before they slept together he would always give her a kiss... Now he leaves her office and doesn't think twice about kissing her.

This is all after just sleeping with her once!!!! Question to the men... What do you think his motives are? And why would he talk about other women to her(when he knows she likes him)? Also sometime he will call on the phone and talk to her about another woman or his wife???

It is literally causing problems in our marriage. I look at him snoring and it makes me sick and disgusted. It's the ugliest sound and he looks like the ugliest man making that awful noise with his mouth wide open. It is so loud I never get a good night sleep because I'm being woken up constantly. I'm sorry if I sound mean, but I'm tired!!!! If we didn't have kids I would consider divorcing over this. Help!

stil decided 2 live in together if they lost love / majic with one another? is it because of the kids? but i think its not best 4 the child grow up in a family that her parents already out of love.. or its just that love's not really lost.. its just became platonic??? is that really possible???

My common law partner crossed a serious boundary a few nights ago. He took our daughter while we were arguing and drove all night under the influence of alcohol without his glasses to another province. The police couldn't do anything about him taking her since we are in a common law relationship and she is our biological daughter we both have rights. They did say that if he was pulled over he would be charged with a D.U.I. if he blew over the limit. Fortunately he did not get into an accident and he did call me upon their arrival to his mothers house at 5:45 am. I am MAD. We were all supposed to go on this trip together but because of the argument he ditched me and the 2 boys and left 2 nights early in a huff. Now he is there with our daughter and even though I know she is safe and having fun with her family I can't help but feel pissed off at him for taking such an unneccessary risk with her life. What's the best way to deal with this when he returns home on the 7th?
