Marriage & Divorce - 3 August 2006

The man said he loved me, his wife is not interested in sex, paying bills, we are friends, best friends, have more things in common than anyone I've ever met in my life, including my ex husband of 15 years. We met on the job, he pursued me, we kissed were never intimate. I just told him we have no future. He is married. I told hi we don't need to communicate at all, we've tried the just being good friends. he had a horrible fight with his spouse, and they are thinking about seperating, but I don't want to talk to him, because I don't want to get attached like I was....I have ended all contact, yet I still feel like one day we willbe together. Is it a ground for annulment of the marriage if there was no sexual activity with your husband for almost 10yrs? He is working abroad and haven't been home for almost 10yrs already...i assume that he has a new family there...

My wife and I always have the same argument. What makes me mad is that Im a hard working man from monday thru saturday, she also works but part time only and on her days off I can never find her home because shes always out with her mom or sister. I tell her that I dont mind her being out as long as shes home with the kids by the time I get home, but it seems like she does the oppisite because she always gets home 1-2 hours later and I get home around 5 pm and this has been going on every time she has a day off. Her family says im the one whos wrong. What do you think? what would you do?

I sent my wife on a 10 week european vacation and while she was away, I discovered she had posted her profile on a marriage/dating website looking for a new husband. On it she says she has never been married and really likes sex and is looking for a reliable man for marriage. I am very reliable, and give her more sex than she can handle. How should I confront her about this. I do not think she knows that I have discovered what she has done. How should I respond, and how should I handle this situation with her. Several years ago. I go into spouts of vagueness and often trip over myself. My memory is bad and today she admitted to me she was embarrassed of me. It really hurt.
