Is it a ground for annulment of the marriage if there was no sexual activity with your husband for almost 10yrs? He is working abroad and haven't been home for almost 10yrs already...i assume that he has a new family there...

If you have never had sex, then you can get an annulment. I'd be stunned since it has been at least 10 years.
If you have had sex, then you can't get an annulment, it's all about a divorce. Talk to a lawyer, divorces vary state to state. If he has cheated on you, that is usually grounds for a divorce.

I think you could have grounds for an annulment especially after 10 yrs. I hate to say it but you need to divorce him and move on with your life.

Depending on the state, probably not annulment. Divorce? Definitely.

Wow! That is awful. I can't imagine what you are going through. Yeah sweetie you need to move on. Contact and attorney and let him/her know your situation and you could probably file abandonment. Good luck and God Bless.

After seven years you could have him declared legally dead so you would be a widow. Might be cheaper in the long run to do it that way.

IF you have not heard from him, have him declared dead and get on with your life. at the very least, get a divorce..it will be uncontested, that is for sure. Why did you wait so long?
