if you have read my other questions you know that i got my wife a car for her bday well i got her a bmw after all...so she can enjoy on her own with out the kids (while the troop is off at school (9 kids) anyways.....im going to be deployed soon and i want to take her on a vacation.(just pray number ten doesn't come back with us lol)....do you think i should take her to italy, she has been asking to go visit her grandmother..but wouldnt' that be a family trip?....should it be hawaii.....but we go there atleast once a year...f we think about how much money to spend not much money would be spent there cause her family has a vacation house there...or should it be a little get away somewhere around california.....i dont know what to do..i want it to be special since im going to be gone for a while on my deployment...so if you all have any suggestions it would be great to hear them....

How about finding a nice little bed and breakfast where you all can explore a new town and just spend time with each other? I don't think that planning an exotic trip would be more special. Keep it simple. We gals like to feel like you want to be with us. Going somewhere "commercial" only takes the time you have together and makes it "busy". Go for something quaint and peaceful and I am sure she will appreciate knowing that you wanted to focus on being with her and enjoying these last few moments you have together. I hope she knows what a wonderful man she has in you. Sounds like you really care about her! Good luck!

Your wife is a lucky girl, I hope she appreciates you! I would not go to hawaii since you go there so often. Do something extra special. Italy is WONDERFUL! I have been there 3 times and love it. Nothing wrong with seeing other family members as long as it is just a small part of the trip and you get lots of alone time together too.

First, I would like say you are a good hubby and really appreciates her alot and she being a mother of 9 kids is really super ^_^ .
Italy sure is the best choice even if the number 10 will comes back with the both of you ^_^

You must be an officer, the indecision and more money than common sense clued me in. the BMW and trips to Hawaii every year seemed to be hints too.

well pick somewhere romantic..I wouldnt take her to italy to see her grandmother..then it wont be just the two of you, and since you are leaving i think thats what you both need. If you have already been to Hawaii I wouldnt say there either. Maybe another exotic island. Bahamas perhaps.

Take her on the Royal Carribean Cruise to the carribean islands. This cruise took me to ocho rios jamaica, cayman ilsands, cozumel mexico, and labadee. the islands are beautiful and the cruise is beautiful. you don't have to leave the boat because it has dance clubs, ice skating ring, movie theatre, theatre for broadway shows, adult game shows, music for all tastes. the workers are wonderful. you can relax on the patio and be served with pina colodas and dance with the staff to island music. i believe there is a golf course or a basketball court. the boat holds 3000 people. you have a personal maid, waiter, and room service all night. check it out.

If you have the money to take her on a vacation, and she is that important and deserving of a vacation, I think you should ask HER where she wants to go.

i'd say take her to a new place totally which will be the memory keepsake for both of u....so maybe u could take her to Las Vegas or Miami ...or a place u know your wife would really enjoy being in with u !!! personally i'd suggest u go to Disney Land ....i think t could be a fun and sweet getaway together .

Take her to Italy. But stay in a swanky hotel-NOT with her relatives.
She will remember the vacation for the precious time with both you and her family.
You will remember it because your wife will be happy.
