I know for absolutely 100% that my mum is having an affair! She doesn't know that I know, and I really don't know what to do! Should I tell my dad or just confront her. I can't even talk to her because it makes me sick. I know it's probably not a huge deal, but she if she isn't happy then why doesn't she just leave??? AHH!

She & I were together when I purchased the cell phones with a family plan. I don't mind paying for it but I do expect them to answer when I do call. I don't call maybe 4 Xs a month if that. But honestly, it breaks my heart when this daughter is rude and insensitive I just cry because I don't know how to respond. Should I cancel her phone & put a change of address on her mail? Its getting too hard to bare, especially when other family members tell me my kids are selfish & are leaches. Sound advice would be appreciated. Thanks...

I was "snooping" in my sisters myspace, whom is 13, and she wrote an email to a friend that moved away. They was talking about how they changed. My sister said nothing much changed except that she is bisexual and she dated this girl. This girl has been coming to her house. God knows what goes on when my mother goes to sleep. I was adopted at birth and am now turning 40 and have just found out my real dad's name. I would like to find him, but don't know where to look. His full name is Alexander Frederick Roy Woodward but he goes by the name Rick. He was living in the Hamilton, Ontario area in the late 1960's and that's where the trail ends. Have called all Woodwards in local area with no success. Can anybody help me?

My paretns were always strict, controlling my life and school. They have money problems, and it will get worse in a few years. My dad use to be abusive to my mom in her 20s., and we ddint spent much time when i was 1-5.

This month, my dad was making smart remarks at me. I would ask him something, and he would say "too bad you arent smart to do that" Stuff like that. Its annoying. Just today, I heard my parents talking - saying how he is sick of me and doesnt want me around. To me, he acts like everything is fine. I dont even see him, only for 10mins a day, and 6 hrs on the weekend! (cause of his job) im not talking to him. Im confused why hes like that. I dont get in trouble, i do well in school, i dont ask them for stuff often and i listen to them!!! What else does he want!!!!!?

I am 33 years old and have a 6 year old sister and a 7 year old brother. My father has sole custody of the two smaller children, and has been told this week that he has a very aggressive growing cancer. The mother of the children has been court ordered to go through AA, parenting classes and drug rehab (4 years ago) and has not done anything. She does not support or see the children. Do I have to hire a lawyer and fight her if my father dies before I get anything done, or can you leave a will and leave the children to me? Does anyone know the answers?

My mom's Christian and I'm Catholic (because of my dad) my friend invited me to this cool vintage store that opens once every 3rd Sunday of the month but the thing is I would have to go to church with my friend because her church is right across the street and they're both pretty far away from where I live so I'd have to leave with them and go to church with them. The problem is I refuse to go to my Moms church because I've met the people who go there and I didn't really get along with them (because they kept saying Catholicism was wrong and I should be Christian) . I asked my mom if I could go and she exploded on me saying that I care more about my friends and I rather go to church with my friend than with her. Well I told her I just wanted to go to the vintage store and she started yelling and walked away from me.She's really immature and hangs up the phone, walks away, and plugs her ears when every someone says something she doesn't want to deal with. How can I get her to let me go?

My Dad has a lot of mental problems...depression, alcoholism, medical problems, social problems, disabled, etc. My Mom comes to me when she is upset about how he is acting. I'm in my 30's. I'm tired of them not having their crap together. It has been going on my whole life. She has no friends and refuses to make any. She has no life other than a low paying job. It is just upsetting to be around it all the time. She is anti-social and does not make friends easily. Sometimes she will start to tell me and then stop or she will "allude" to something she is trying to tell me, leaving questions and doubts in my mind. I don't even ask any more. I'm just tired and fed up with the situation. If I tell her that I don't want to hear it any more, she will still have a way of letting me know. She is already on medication. I can't just up and move without disprupting my life and putting a financial burden on my family. I don't want to be rude. I'm all she's got.

I'm not able to move, travel or spread my wings coz these old morons would die out for all I know which one day they will definitely for sure (but before that I'm gonna be dead seeing my ambitions and dreams dying before my own eyes), something my conscience prevents me - I can't even think of being in a relationship coz these sods are two mouths to feed already.

Seriously if someone were to kill the both of them and take the blame, I wouldn't be sitting on Yahoo Answers but be the next Bill Gates or something.

i am 15 years old. my mother is one of the most ignorant influences in my life, and she will never change.She never has anything positive to say about me and she is ignorant to many things in my life. There is a very high chance that i can make it very far in track and field, i have been selected to go to europe for a championship, and flat out she tells i cannot go. She has no knowledge of the event, and she doesnt want to know. So i called her ignorant. Ignorant does not mean stupid, it means not knowing about something, and in my mom's case she has no intent of knowing. It is the same thing for any problem, my mom knows nothing about a subject, but she thinks she can make an insightful decision about everything. How can you make a decision or form an opinion on something you have no idea about? i tell her she's not very supportive of me, and she is never happy with my accomplishments. this applies to school too its always why couldnt you do better? looking out for my best interests?

I'm staying with my in laws since April 2005 once married. During this period, I felt unhappy living together with them, especially mother-in-law. I don't like her because of her character, she is the person who like to control things, even things between my hubby and I and also she is all-time argument winner no matter she is right or wrong. Honestly, we have different point of view, different mindset, so always clash, and the clash is getting serious after my baby boy was borned since 9 months back. And this make us quarreled again and again, until today I started to avoid her whenever possible, and I hope to move out soon. But the problem is my husband not able to buy a house yet, and I'm afraid one day we may have clash and argue again, please suggest me your best advise, thanks.

My sister is almost 16 yrs old. She is rude & talks back to my mom and grandma. I want to smack her everytime I see her. She makes me so mad. We use to be close. Well I try to be close to her & I will do anything in the world for her. I take her to eat & buy her stuff every now & then. My mom tries to help her & give advice (she is head over hills for this guy but after 7 months he broke up with her but is still coming around-so not sure if he is using her). She is stressed out over this so my mom is trying to help & they argue all the time. It makes me not want to be around them. Sunday we all went to the mall & they got into an argument over a prom dress. Then I had to curse my sister out. Then I felt guilty but I feel like it was the right thing to do. I am starting to dislike her more & more especially the way she talks to my mom. That is my mom too & I will not tolerate it. My mom needs to start getting on her & stop trying to be her friend. My husband isn't close to her anymore.

Today would have been my parents 45th anniversary. My father died suddenly 8 wks ago. They have been toheather since thwy were 12. He was her everything. What can My brother and I do for her today to let her know we have remembered and that we love her and to also let her know that he remembers also. Any ideas?

I haven't seen him since I was about 7 years old and I am going to be 18 next month. I just found an old letter he sent me in Christmas time. But the letter is all the way back from 1999!!! My father is the type of person to travel a lot... and I haven't heard from him in over a year. I don't know his SSN, I don't know his address, phone number, or anything, just his name. Is there anyway I can some how get his SSN and start searching for him?
