I left my boyfriend and he is saying he is gonna call the cops for takeing my kid with me when i left. What can i do about this? What are the laws in pennsylvania like on this matter? Thank you sooooo much

In PA he needs to file for custody. And in PA the laws are pretty much on the mother's side. Normally, they will get their everyother weekend, maybe one day a week (depending how close you live to one another) and a few weeks in the summer. Until you have anything in writing unless you are gonna be there, don't hand the kid over to him. My sister tried being nice once with her ex before anything in writing and he threatened not to bring the child back. There is nothing the cops can do until there is something in writing. So, get the paperwork done.
