I was adopted at birth and am now turning 40 and have just found out my real dad's name. I would like to find him, but don't know where to look. His full name is Alexander Frederick Roy Woodward but he goes by the name Rick. He was living in the Hamilton, Ontario area in the late 1960's and that's where the trail ends. Have called all Woodwards in local area with no success. Can anybody help me?

Time to spend some $'s! There are some not so legal ways to find him that some connected people use. Like paying off an agent for an address. It can't cost more than a couple hundred $'s. If I were you though I would focus on the maternal side. You will get more answers to the questions I am sure you want to know. Most Fathers that are not involved in their daughters lives are not going to be too happy to find they went looking for them, however, the Mothers almost always are happy to see their daughters came searching for them. Plus they can give better reasons for putting you up for adoption.
