Your brothers birth certificate will have his fathers name on it. You can get a copy from your local council registrar.(there is a charge).
Also go to the library and ask to look at the papers from that date to see if the accident was in the news.( very time consuming)
What about asking another family member if your mother wont tell you every thing. ( you may bring back memory's for her)

The library records of the local newspaper for the dates around that time --- news articles and obitutaries.. don't do it behind your Mothers back though you could really hurt her ask if she would mind.

Local Newspaper archives from the time. Contact your local newspaper and ask them if they have back copies on microfiche.
Or people from the area may remember something and may be able to give you a name.

Hmmm...i concept dasani became purified tap water-as in impurities bumped off no longer only minerals added so its truly more suitable positive than municipal water (a lot less chlorine and flouride)...i'm only no longer particular you're proposing this data. justly
