my dad gets really mad at my sister but not at me and my ather sister

Talk to your mom about it. You can't step in the middle of your dad and your sister, but your mom can.

your dad has something agenst her all you can do is keep the talking open with your sister to find out if he is hurting her if he is making her life hell he needs to have his *** turned in to cps.

I guess you can help them come to a compromise.That's the best you can do.If that does not work then at least you did your best.
