I was kind of disapointed because I made sure they had a perfect xmas I bought them a xmas tree. I made sure everyone had at least 5-6 presents. he has 3 sisters a niece. his mom and dad and his sisters boyfriend. I even bought him something even though he barely even spoke.
And I didnt get anything for xmas for them. I mean the presents were sitting under the tree for awhole month. gave them enough time. Theyre selfish. I live in the house hold and it's like whatever now. I spent over $1500 last xmas I really went over board i thought they deserved it. but at the end I I was really disapointed. I mean I would have been happy with a card. just for the thought you know. I saw the looks on their faces and they were embarrassed. And I just had this fake grin on my face knowing that nobody got me anything. it's been awkard in the household ever since.

Am I being way too nice?? Because i'm not a selfish person!
But I'm honestly thinking about NOT getting anything 4 them for this xmas.

The mother is not unfit, the Father isnt either, however he can give his child a better life and the Mother believes that she is more important than him just because she is the Mother. She has mentioned that she will make sure he doesnt get custody of her daughter no matter what, She is being very selfish and she is brainwashing her daughter. What are the chances of the Father winning this case?

My mother in law really does not like me and never has. I am sure there are some really nice mother in law's out there but every now and then you get one thats not right!!!
She has accused me of trying to sleep with her husband, having sex on her sofa with other people, putting acid on her soap.
She said she would pay for stuff for our wedding but said at the LAST minute that she did not have the money and the best of all has accused me of beating my children because they have 'a new bruise'.
My children are toddlers. They all get bruises at some stage. I don't understand what I have done to this woman to make her treat me like this. I have always been as nice as I can and ingored her when she has stuck out her toungue at me and called me a ***** when no one is looking!!
I just cannot get on with her and feel that everything she says now is meant in a nasty way. My husband won't let her look after the kids because he is worried she will say something to them too.

My sisters boyfriend is a total looser. They have a 1yr old and a 2yr old, he refuses to work, my sister has to work to buy food and diapers. He always takes her money to buy crank. He does little side jobs but all that money goes up his nose too. They are homeless and living in a car and he still won't get a job.
For some reason my sister is just maddly inlove with this guy.
But he treats her terrible, calls her all kinds of names and has hit her. He's 28 and she's 19.
I hate him and just wish he'd fall off a cliff, then at least my sis and her babies would have a fighting chance.
Is it morally wrong to feel this way?

My husband wants to announce our pregnancy to his mother and his grandma at the same time.

He wanted to make them each license plate frames to open together.

My mother in law's frame would say: Happiness is being a grandma

And my grandma in law's would say: Happiness is being a great grandma.

This will be my mother in law's first grandbaby and the first great grandchild for my grandma in law.

I am worried my drama queen mother in law will be mad if she has to share the spotlight with her mother while opening the presents.

My mother in law has said she feels to young to be a grandma at 50, my grandma in law is going to cry from joy. Thank God someone will be happy (g-ma in law).

What do you think?

We were brought up not to do things like drinking or doing drugs. But it seems that when my brother went to college (total freedom!) he was somewhat influenced by his friends. He knows I know and he said that he'll stop, but eventually i found out that he hasn't! I know the effects of alcohol. It's like i've ntoiced that he's continuing because his friends do and he'd feel left out if he didn't! ( I tried giving all my advice but he doesnt care!) I really want to help but don't know how cuz im really not close to my brother. Is there anything i can do to make him realise what he's doing is wrong? (by the way, my brother is 23 now!)

a friend of mine who just graduated from high school and is still living at home , but paying rent, was caught in the middle of having sex with a girl in his mom's house, by his mom, they didn't really argue about it . do you think it's ok for him to be having girls in and out of his house and he's still living with his mom and he's only 18? i was shocked when his mom told me this because i never thought he was that type of person and i thought he was waiting a little while before he jumped into that, who knows what he's capable of doing.

My immediate family never did this. We always used hand-held cameras and pretty much kept photos in the envelope they came in from the developer. And we never used a professional studio. Is this a hallmark of family life? Is it a combination of tradition and pride?

I have to baby-sit my brother every weekday and some weekend nights. He won't listen to what I say to him, he lies to me, and he gives the most vulgar comments (for a 9 year old, it is pretty mean.). He likes to try to push my buttons and will kick and punch me if I won't let him have what he wants. I can take the hits but I can't take that I have to put up with it. Can you tell me how I can babysit him without having to create havock?

Though my husband believes that the cute baby I've just given birth to is his, he is clueless that it is his best friend's (my secret lover). Since my lover knows fully that the baby is his, he always sneaks in at the house whenever my husband is not around & sucks my breastmilk along with our child. He says that they (he & the baby) will have a stronger bonding in this way. I confess that I'm so aroused with what he's doing that we ended up making love a couple of times due to his sucking of my breastmilk. I told him that it's enough that he has already one child by me, & that I want to give my hubby a chance also. I'm afraid he may impregnate me again with his breastmilk sucking ways (& where it usually leads to). Anyway, my question is: is this father-child bonding sure to take place with what he's doing? I love my husband & I want him (my hubby) to be the father of my next child, but I'm so horny whenever my lover sucks the milk from my breast.
