My mom has been in college for about two years, and she's always stressed and studing hard. I already clean the kitchen everyday and cook dinner for her, but i feel like she still needs more help. Any suggestions?

Just keep being the child you are already being - sounds like you're on your way to being a terrific person and making your mother very proud. You might tell your mom how much you admire what she is doing to better your lives and that you appreciate her for her hard work. Then, perhaps, simply ask her if there is anything at all that you can do to help. Let her know it would make you feel like you were contributing to the family like she is since she's liable to just say "no" and try to keep you from working on "extra" things.

Your mom sounds great and so do you - keep it up!!

Its common for daughters to feel more responsible for their parents than the parents are for the children. In your case, I think you are being a very responsible daughter but letting the burden of that responsibility get to you. Dont feel like you should do more, maybe its time for your mom to realize all she has in you and do some on her own. Some people never realize they can stand on their own till they have no other choice!

Your already doing enough. It is normal for you to feel like you should do more. College has a way of doing that to people. My sister is doing that right now and she has a good and bad days.
