Why is she like this?

My mom yells at me when im sick, Tells me that i make it difficult for everyone. And im rarely sick. On the phone i told her i might have a kidnay infection and she just yelled at me. I hung up on her. But why is she like this? any ideas?

Stop calling her to whine. Call on a more positive note. This will make her want to talk to you....instead of listening dear.

If you know that a fire is hot, then why would you stick your hand in it over and over again?

It would seem to me, and I am a Mom of 2 growen up sons, one teenager...That she also may be going thru a hard time?...

Depending on her age...but if she is over say 44-45...she may be having a life change.....you know where moms are turned up-side down...The Big 'M'...I won't say anything else....but she may just be like that.In which case, she is going thru a small hell of her own.Then she needs a good doctors help.....
I would even suggest she may need one anyway, for fear she may have a small depression....?

See if anyone else can see a change in her?..then! you know you might have the answer.
If not?...then lack of respect for you....and you may need to talk to another family member, for support.

My mom never gets mad at me for being sick! She tries to make me feel better and she takes care of me. Maybe she got mad at you because she thinks you don't know how to take care of yourself...? But everyone gets sick, right? ... :/

unstable.she has some issues that really have nothing to do with you.don't let her attitude break your spirit.if you know she treats you wrongly than you also know it's her battle and not yours.
