I'm 19 and my friends say thats to old to be living with my parents what do you think?

I am engaged to this amazing and wonderful guy, but he has a child from a previous relationship. He is 10yrs and well we have him quiet a bit as the mother is always leaving him with us, but this child is the most bad behaived child that I have ever met. He treats me with no respect at all. When he is around he is always talking back to me and his father. He has wrecked everything that I own. All my furniture, my walls in my house and everything that you can think of. Even though he is 10 I was watching my 2yr nephew and him and they both act the same way. I have tryed to talk to my fiance about his sons behaivour and he agrees with me and has talked to the child but this kid does not listen to anything that anyone says. This sound bad but I can't stand him. And I love kids. I feel sometimes that it would just be better is we did not have anything to do with him. I don not like to get treated like **** in my own home expecially by a child. I don't treat him like that so why does he?

well im 18 & i have a sister who's 13 & our parents dont let us go out on our own ???They trust us but still dont allow us,they say girls in our religion dont hang around out 2 much on their own (im a asian girl) mayb thats why,my parents always come out with me which i dont like its embbarisng,all my frends be with there mates & me..............plzzz some 1 help me!!!

If someone reports you to them for say, being a bad parent, what do they actually do? Do they take all reports as being 100% true, or do they have to investigate?

I ask because my dad who is nuts and warped has threatened to contact social services, because he thinks that I won't let him see my kids (I will, but was busy on the two times he asked). I'm not worried at all, because I know I'm a good mum, but I don't know what their policies are, and I'd hate for my children to be assigned social workers, on the basis of spiteful rubbish.

my sister is i think an alcholic . her 2 children have gone 2 live with their dad .the place is a mess like she dont care.she has got a boyfriend who tells us that she drinks. she sleeps alot and drinks through the afternoon 2 night .she wont listen 2 her boyfriend.should my mum dad or i talk 2 her

We lived in Mayaguez Puerto Rico but moved to St. Croix Virgin Islands we come from a big family Dad was married before to javier mom and had 5 other children Nelson, Carmen, Elenita,Minerva have not seen or heard from any of them in years, too many. if anyone knows any of them please help. I am one of the youngest and can remember vague details of him but he's always on my mind. His other sisters names are Esther, Milagros, Marisol, Sandra, Evelyn, Socorro, Sara, Brother Wilfredo, Wendy and Olga, step mom is Esther if anyone has any info or can guide me to a different site where I can search please help Thank you.

any advise on how to help prevent ex-husband from carrying out his threat to kidnap kids?Due back in court in few weeks,he's already pis*ed 'cos he wasn't allowed access last time.(was very violent).Am worried in case he decides he has nothing to lose.He knows the kids will be interviewed about his treatment of them.

im 13 and my mom wont let me sis go to town and she's 15 and she wont let me go cus if i do she has to too ( but girls do stuff and are weaker) she says its busy and dangerous but im going with like 3 friends and im tall and strong and have a pocket knife . we were going to cinema and play guitar thats all in the Dublin City Centre ( which is not New York or dangerous) help me make my mom let me go A.S.A.P im going tomorow and i have noting to do for the holoween .....

i'm asking beacuse i overheard my mom say that when she was arguing with my dad and i hate how even though my family knows what an asshole he is they are always sympahtising with him and always telling me how stubborn i am how i'm like his evil mom when i am not (i'm too much of a nice push over to be like her) and all this other **** always making me feel like i'm the bad one (when he's the adult!!) etc. sometimes they will sympahtisize with me and sometimes they're all against me 'yea i know how he is but ur just like him(becuse i don't like him)' and all this other **** the adults in my family are weird and sometimes weird. i found out a while ago that my dad cheated on my mom and she's still been with him for 20 yrs! if my mom cheated the whole family would make such a big deal. where my family's from the country is sort of sexist. some ppl a lot! cuz when my aunt cheated his sister they were like omg. but i know the kids don't like him and my cuz who's my age agrees with me

I am at the end of my rope.
I have a 9yr old daughter who refuses to be good in school.
Every week I get a note from her teachers that she wants to run the whole class, doesn't listen, and gets out of her seat all day long!
Now, its to the point where they call me almost daily!
I don't know what else to do...
Anyone have any ideas?
I have grounded her, taken away things, had a heart to heart with her.. and I am just lost now.
Someone please give me ideas or tips to help her!

He walked out on my mother and brother and I when I was 12. I watched him walk away. He would maintain a relationship with my brother but not with me. He invites my brother for xmas and holidays, not me. He was supposed to look after me for 2 weeks when my mum was out of the country and I was 15, he dropped me off home alone after 2 days. I used to go out of my way to try and maintain contact with him but it became obvious he wanted nothing to do with me so the last 12 years have come and gone without him in my life at all. I am leaving in a few months, moving abraod, eloping, and I won;t be back. Should I contact him before i go? I am sure he will hear about it from my brother and I am sick of always being the bigger person when it comes to him. He left for another woman and she had daughters my age-she called n told me at 13-he has new daughters now, he doesnt need u. I am asking this q again just to see the answers. I am torn on what to do and yes he is my biological father.

She is staying with me she is a tottally bossy b, she has no job,no education and driving me crazy but her and my husband our so close I try to ignore her, she asked my 8 year old daughter did your mom say anything about me living here with you??? what kind of mess is that why did she want to know? I seem to be ticking everybody off this week. my grandma was on the phone last night crying and my mom just fused me out over me getting ring one which I haven' gotten yet. I'm seemingly doing nothing wrong. my grandma doesn't want me to move i n wit my friend set and now I can't get the ring tone I want or even talk about the two subjects. help!!!

If joint custody is granted to my daughter's father does that mean I have to stay in the same state? We live in New Jersey. I want 2 move 2 Florida. We go to court in November and I doubt they will find any reason to give me sole custody. He is trying to get joint and have her live with him but she would get out of school after he was already @ work and he doesn't get off any earlier than 11:30pm so I am hoping they won't take her from me. there isn't anythng here 4 me anymore and I have an opportunity 2 move 2 Florida. I'm afraid i won't b able 2 though if they grant joint custudy.

P/S - what are his chances of getting joint but her living with him?

I recently got married. It just everything is so different, the way we walk, talk, do anything. My husband is from a family where they disciple everyone and very close family ties. My parents family is close as well but pretty much no rules in the house. The kids are free and fly like birds. It's good and bad at the same time. My point is, it's so difficult for me. It's causing problem between us. My husband doesn't want my brother's kids over to our house since they are not disciple kids. If i say no to them for kids, they get mad at me. If i say it's okay then my husband gets bad. Well recently my bro and i got into big fight over this. He has been helping us so much with helping us find a fixer up house, fixing it and has done a lot. Now my bro and we dont speak over this issue. I feel so bad, since my bro and i never had any issue before. He has been very helpful but he doesn't want anyone to say bad to his kids. He feels if his kids are not welcome then he isn't either.
