if in the military, try www.military.com they have a buddy finder.
other wise, try to search for them on e-mail sites.
ask people that you BOTH know.. im sure someone knows something.
& if all else fails.. SAVE UP SOME OF YOUR MONEY! if you want to find this person as badly as you come off as; it will be well worth the money.
