In the US there is no name for you to call your son's new mother-in-law. She would be nothing to you (relationship wise), so just call her by her name.

You would call them by their name... or say my daughters or sons mother-in-law.... Or you could just say the in-laws

If you are talking to someone else it is your Daughter's Mother-in-law, or your Son-In-Laws Mother but if you are talking to his mother just use her first name or Ms/Mrs ...

I don't think there is a special name for it. I would refer to her by her name because she is not your in-law she is your daughter/son's in-law.

in india we call a daughters mother -in-law ---> samdhin, and the father-in-law --->samdhi.........
otherwise, just any word of respect after/before their names...........

You both will be parents of the couple, and expect to be called Mom (dad) by the offspring you never sprung, but his Dad(mom) are of no relation to you.. You both share a married couple, and you will be fellow grandparents (possibly?) but no relations..
