your parents know your alive they are just really involved in their new lives. right now they are getting a lot of attention from someone and that' s why it seems like they are not paying attention to you.. try leaving them a note now and then, maybe then they will notice you also need some attention.. since you like school so much try getting involved with school clubs or team sports. Stay active.. make plans with friends.. keep yourself busy.

Been there....Use your time at school to grow and make the best of it. Get involved at school (Sports, Clubs, Tutoring others etc..)Your education will get you far and help you in the future! Your mom and dad are being selfish and probably don't even know how they are effecting you. Go out and buy them each a card and let them know how you feel. You need to voice your feelings. If nothing changes, is there any family members who have stable, supporting and a loving household you could go to? Do you go to church? If you do, join your youth group. They can be a support system that can really help you emotionally and spiritually. Find someone you can talk to. Don't carry all of this on your shoulders.
If you could take one thing from this experience, please remember how you feel and someday when you are married and have children, draw upon this and do not, I REPEAT--DO NOT make the same mistakes as your parents. Make wise decisions about your life and the children you bring into this world. Maybe your parents will realize how they are behaving and know how lucky they are to have a great kid like you. Stay strong!!!

im sorry that you are having such a hard time sometimes parents are selfish and dont see what they are doing to their children i hope that you can find someone to talk to that you can trust someone that will sincerely listen to you it helps just to get it out and talk about it just try to be strong and live your life right please dont turn to the wrong kind of life someday when you have children of your own you will love and cherish them even more because of your own home life i will say a prayer for you and please dont give up if you dont have a friend that will listen then seek out a counselor or an adult friend and i am sorry try to have a good weekend

OK, I have a little sister just like you! She feels like she's being singled out all the time. I'm gonna tell you like I told her, find a hobby like reading or drawing to keep you occupied. You also need to sit down and talk to both of your parents and tell them how you feel instead of asking the whole yahoo world! You need to understand that they may not know how you feel if you don't tell them.

ALSO.............................

Prayer is the key to unlock any door! Use it, it's powerful. Ask the lord to help you and your family! DO SOMETHING Because the way you feel is not healthy little one! I hope this helps

GOOD LUCK

Tell your parents how you feel chica . You have to talk to them , parents are mind readers all the time . They might think you are a teen & dont want anything to do with them anymore . talk to your friends & get into some school activities .

Oh honey your parents are failing you badly. You need a mentor or an older friend you can trust. Call Big Brothers/Big Sisters and see if they can help you with a mentor person for you to be with. Join a church youth group. Your sucky parents are not there for you, you can't count on them. Shame on them! I pray you find direction and someone who will be there for you.

I don't know how old you are, but that is a sad that your parents don't even take time for you. Don't go down the loser path, and give up on school, graduate, get a good job and get out.
