First of all, I'm really sorry. My grandma died several years ago and I still miss her.
Now about the songs. Was she religious? Did she have any favorite hymns? Any favorite songs that she just loved?
My grandmother LOVED the 3 Tenors, and that's what they played at her memorial service.
If she didn't have any favorite hymns or songs that anyone knows of, think of ones that describe how she felt about life.
I know at my funeral, I want "I hope you dance" played. it's what I want for the people I love.

is a link to that song.
If she was in her 70s or 80s, and religious(christian), I'd suggest some of the old hymns. Like Old Rugged Cross. Peace in the Valley. I'll fly away. mansion over the hilltop. amazing grace, how great thou art...Things like that..

A song that we played at my grandma's funeral was "Going Up Yonder." It made everyone feel at peace because the lyrics of the song just comforted all of us. Sorry about your loss and may God bless you and your family.

1.) Between the Buried and Me - Shevanel Part 2
"My head will not rest on this pillow.
As it's gripped in my arms tonight.
Like reality; too tight.
If a dream could last forever.
I would hold you here.
Time need not freeze.
I need not fear.
This world inside.
Is a world I long to find.
And I will not be afraid to love.
I won't be afraid to lose.
What I was once deprived myself of.
My teardrops have salt-stained this pillow.
As it's loosened from my weakened clutch.
By the sun's light; too much.
There's a hope today.
That I'll find a way.
This Dream of life inrealed to me.
Sometimes I run and sometimes I crawl.
Sometimes I fly and sometimes I'm gonna fall.
But this dream of mine will not change at all."
2.)Dust in the Wind - Kansas
3.)Tears in Heaven - Eric Clapton
4.)The wind beneath my wings
5.)We'll Meet Again - Vera Lynn
6.)Last Goodbye-Kenny Wayne Shepherd
I hope these will help

If she was a religious woman, then there are quite a few gospel songs that would be appropriate.
His Eye is on the Sparrow
I'll Fly Away
Peace in the Valley
if not then something that symbolizes her and how whe lived.

I am truly sorry for your loss, here are a couple that I played at my mothers and fathers. There are the 2 that come to mind they are Amazing Grace, and Thee Near God to Me. I also like Footprints in the Sand. These are very touching, and sad, but there are so much meaning to them. Good Luck, and God Bless...

The one that was dedicated to my grand ma was Go Rest High On That Mountain by Vince Gill
I know your life
On earth was troubled
And only you could know the pain.
You weren't afraid to face the devil,
You were no stranger to the rain.
Go rest high on that mountain
Son, your work on earth is done.
Go to heaven a shoutin'
Love for the Father and the Son.
Oh, how we cried the day you left us
We gathered round your grave to grieve.
I wish I could see the angels faces
When they hear your sweet voice sing.
Go rest high on that mountain
Son, your work on earth is done.
Go to heaven a shoutin'
Love for the Father and the Son.
and of course you could use My Heart Will Go On by Celine Dion
I'm sorry about your grand ma
