Hello, I see that you are in a sad situation, but you've got to make the best of it someway. Is your dad more financially able to take care of you or is he doing this to spite your mom? Anyway you could go over to juvenile & domestic relations court & talk to someone over there- that could save you from paying a lawyer. But whatever they say you would have to go along with the law..you could file for emancipation from your parents which means that you would be considered an adult in the eyes of the court & your parents would not be obligated to support you - that is not recommended however because if your father is not obligated to support you, then you would have to support yourself if your mom couldn't. ...and that could be worse than your present situation! .... Anyway hang in there and keep in mind that when you turn 18 you are free to live with whomever you want to...good luck..ok? bye bye

oh sweetie I am so sorry that you are having to go through this! Can you confined in a teacher or the counselor on this and maybe they can get you the help needed or you too I just thought of something. Do you know if there where you live there is a Crisis Center or sort of center for abuse in the home? You can call them and tell them what happened and I know they have ways of helping people. I know they could do something for you. Please let me that you will seek some sort of help. God be with you! please let me know what happens>I sure do it is a happy ending.

Unfortunately, there is no way to help the situation. Your father has the final say because he has custody of you.

Have your mom find a good family law attorney. they will know what to do, however, it will cost money.
