Your question is how will I make my Mom....you should never aspire to "Make" your mom let you do anything. Don't force her hand. She is being cautious with good reason. Thirteen has not allowed you enough life experience to know enough to make sound judgements. Sorry, but it's a fact. Your brain is still developing. My mom told me I ws not allowed to go with my friends once. I skipped school with the other two girls. We drove from a small town into a big city. We were sure we knew how to take care of ourselves. At a red light a man jumped in the car before any of us knew what was happening. He pulled a gun and told us to drive in a certain directions. I was sure we were going to die. At the next redlight I jumped out and screamed. He panicked and jumped out. We went to the police station filed a report etc. Of course our mothers found out. I never skipped school again. I was sure at 16 I was able to take care of myself. That was years ago when the world was a bit safer then. So, trust your mom to make the right decision please. It's better to be safe than to win an argument. The more respect you show your mom the more she will begin to see you maturely and let you do more.

clean the house top to bottom.... leave a flower or candy on her pillow, maybe a nice note or poem. Make her some tea.

well you have to show your mom that you can be responbile for you actions and what you would do if there is trouble do you have a cell phone maybe that will make her feel a little comforterable if she call you to make sure you are safe
