simple the county child welfare will ask the sheriff to issue a warrant through the court or go to the court house and get a warrant for nonsupport then ask the sheriff to send it with the name and picture to the state but heres arub some states dont prosecute or return these guys to the state with the warrant so the idea is to go on tv and talk about it if this doesnt work or hire a small time detective to do the online searches off thessn and so on they can have th info in and hour and thenyou swear out the warrant in that state or ther and then give the info to the sheriffs or the county prosecutors they may help from the startt and save the money for you
