me and my fiance are getting married. Money is very tight for us so i was thinking of either having the full on wedding with dinner or having the wedding with appetizers and an open bar?

we can only have either one?

I was so excited because my older brothers were coming home from college. But all they do is iratate me! They had got lunch and didnt get me anything then they were like wow that sucks. Then my mom had given them money to get something to eat. And they made me wait until 7pm until they went and got it. I was straving. The whole time they kept singing songs about food and good it was to make me mad. Then today I had to ring a bell for salvation army. They went to give me a hug before I went then they go well I hope you get frostbite Ash. Then last night I was watching tv and they kept bouncing nerf balls off my head until I started screaming at them. Why are they so mean to me? What have I ever done to them? I was so excited to see them and all they do is make fun of me. Is there a way I could get them back?

Ok, so now its Christmas break from school, and i want to ask this guy i like to hang out because we never really get a chance to talk. He's in 11th grade and im in 10th so we dont have any classes together. I dont have his number, but hes my friend on myspace
How should i ask him if he wants to hang out? I dont want to seem to eager though.

well, theres this guy at school who i said i liked him, and he emailed me back saying he liked me back, and another one of my guy friends tried to persuade him to date me, and he's confusing me becuz he said he likes me...and he just plain won't ask me out....and i want him 2!!!! what's wrong with him, or me, and what should i do?!?!

My husband and I have been having issue lately and he's begun to throw things at me. First it was a peice of pizza after I turned away from an argument, then (we run a cafe on the weekends) he screams in front of all of our customers that I'm a F***ing B***h, the next weekend he threw a plate of hash browns and hit me in the back of the head, again in front of all our customers. I just don't know what to do, we're under a lot of stress right now, we have four daughters, two of whom are disabled and one who isn't doing well, so there's a major source of stress. Having explained the stress, he swears he would never throw anything that would hurt me (we're obviously omitting the PLATE!) and that he knew what he was doing. So to me that says he consciously made the decision to throw something at the back of me head and it scares me. If he did it out of anger and didn't think about it then what's next? I just don't know what to do, any suggestions would be helpful.

teacher's pet. ugh. i hate it. its just in this one class (social studies), but it really sucks, because i have nobody to talk to. i know how i got the reputation (and it wasn't even my fault!). my teacher last year told my new one that i was an excellent student. so the teacher automatically chose me as his favorite. the other problem: i have a 100.36 average in the class (not a problem, but a reason for the reputation). how do i drop this rep? i sit at the very back of class. i don't answer questions unless the teacher tells me to (i don't raise my hand). i'm quiet, but only because i have nobody to talk to. i'm working on making friends, but it's not easy. any suggestions?

Been together for two months and asked him for an idea for an xmas present since he asked me what i wanted. They only thing he told me was that he liked choclate covered peanuts, almonds and cashews. when i ask my parents to let me go out with my friends, they tell me ok ill come too and im 15 almost 16. They call me 10000000000000000 times when i go just across the street to go to the depanneur just to see if im fine. FOR
Example: i wanna go shopping and my mom says ok ill come along with your sister(7) or to the movies she says no tell your friends to come at our house and rent a movie instead. They wont even let me go to their bday parties. Its so not fair can anyone help me.....

Okay, So My grandma rents a room to this guy, but he never pays the full rent, and he's always bringing this girl to his room, even though my grandma told him not to because it wastes money. He's basically just taking my grandma's money by living there, (not litterally), and my grandma is just having a hard time with him being there, and she can't kick him out because there is no Lease. So she said "Oh I wish he
just wasn't here at all!"

So what is a good plan to make this guy (from India) leave our house? I'm only a teenager so keep that in mind.
I was thinking, maybe just give him dirty looks until he gets fed up, but that's stupid and not well planned out.

When a mother is awarded full custody of a child does the state automatically go for child support against the father or is it the mothers decision to get child support? I live in ct. and she wants full custody of our son. Can she go for just custody alone without me having to pay support through the court? Ladies, please dont jump to conclusions and judge me. Seriously, it's like in all these things you read and hear about from friends and in general, guys have to do all these different things now to exude their confidence and maintain the comfort level of the lady. That's all good and all, but it is actually quite a pain in the ***.

I am a tactful, friendly, honest and personable guy with good qualities but while I can get a date (not being conceited) I can't get past the first one.

This is frustrating, what happened to being yourself?

Why do men have to pander in order to have a relationship these days, and why does it seem to work so seamlessly for everyone else I see out there.

Especially with the holidays sometimes I get extremely discouraged. For someone who puts himself out there, I feel I deserve better.

ok so whenever i hang out with my friends we either go to my house, go to the movies, or go to the mall. but lately those things are starting to get boring since we do them too much. my and my bf have been off and on for 8 yrs we are young have 2 kids. we had a 5 month break at that time we only had 1 child. during our break he slept with 2 ppl. it bothers me and i cant get the thought outta my head. He had never been with anyone before me and i loved that it made it special. he says he regrets it but i dont believe him. i think it might bother me also cuz i have low self confidence cuz i look nothing like these girls, my body is far from perfect since having my 2nd child. any advice on how to get past it? is it normal 2 feel this way even though we werent together?

He is perfect. The problem is he's too perfect. He is incredibly intelligent, way more than anyone I have ever known that its sometimes shocking. He is the most gifted artist I have ever seen and his art takes my breath away. He is praised immensely by all the teachers who are too stunned to believe this work. He is a great athlete and unnaturally talented musician. He is very good looking, tall, and handsome. The teachers and adults in my school just look at him with awe and are unsure how to deal with such a talented being. He is also very social.
I know that for some reason he is intrested in me but I do like him a lot. But I don't know how I can handle being with him. I feel like I can't measure up to him in any way. There is nothing unique or special about me. I'm just normal, and average. How do you handle being with a person like this? A person who is praised constantly and admired by everyone. It's so much pressure for me. What would you do?

me and my husband are filing for a divorce. We have 2 kids together. I made an appointment to file for child custody and child support, my husband said that his lawyer told him that if i were to file for child support that he would have to pay 800 dollars a month. He said that theres a way where we can come to a mutual agreement about the kids. My husband asked me if i would agree to the kids living with me and leaving the custody "open" that way he can see the kids whenever he wanted. I dont mind that, i never planned on taking the kids from him and i told him that he could see the kids whenever he wanted. He also wanted to know if i would agree to 100 dollars a week instead of taking him to court for child support. My question is should i agree to that?? Because at first it didnt sit with me right cuz i didnt think there was such thing as "open custody". I just wanna be sure hes not trying to screw me over. Any advice??
