Buying somebody a cel-phone twice doesn't automatically imply that your boyfriend loves you. However, it does imply that he cares about you enough to the point where, despite the fact that you cheated on him (and, consequently, he destroyed a gift for you that should have continuously proved to you, whenever you used it, that he cared enough to get you something thats nice), he's willing to forgive you for hurting him and move on with the relationship. It also sounds like he trusts you again simply because he's willing to spend time, money and effort into getting you an otherwise expensive gift...and he wouldn't invest that effort unless he assumed that the risk inherent with getting back together after you cheated previously was justified. The best thing you could do is show him how much this means to you, specifically through both actions as well as words. Also, be mindful that phone companies can track calls and sometimes text messages, so if he's handling the bill he may be taking an extra precaution in making sure that he won't be played the fool again.

It means he has feelings for you and is willing to give another chance. The new cell phone represents a new beginning. He trusts you because if not he would have not bought you the cell phone.

if you ever look at a phone bill you can see evey outgoing and incoming call... including the time they were made and the amount of time you spent talking during each conversation. some companies even show what your text messages say... so he might still love you but it sounds like hes a little overprotective. and if he broke your last phone he sounds a little violent... you should consider what youre getting yourself into.
