Ok here goes. I am going through a divorce. My soon to be X is threatening many things. My attny is asking for child support for another child we have together and alimony for a short period of time. I am NOT requesting child support for the foster child as I get money from the state. My X is stating that with the foster money I get, that I make more than he does currently. He is trying to scare me into submission but I believe that foster money cannot be counted as my income. Can someone please help me with this.

Doesn't this mean "sex withholders" are just idiots for not seeing the affair they are opening the door for?

1) Steals and uses credit cards from her daughter. Denies doing so and beats her daughter for accusing her of doing it and leaves her with the burden of paying them off.
2) Steals Car payments from her daughter and forces her daughter to pay for the fees and back payments.
3) Looks at her daughter with jealousy and anger writ all over her face and says “Look at the car you drive and what I have to drive”Even though the daughter is making all the payments for the car (see #2)
4) Promises to send her daughter in College $50 a week so that her daughter can look for a job after College grad Since she can no longer work 40hrs a week and interview but doesnt and instead takes younger daughter to younger daughter’s entire boyfriend’s out of state and out of town games and pays for them to stay in a hotel.
5) Promises to pay to get oldest daughter’s diploma framed, and pay for oldest daughter’s college graduation invitations. But never does.
6) Waits 4 years to ever come see daughter

Me and this guy were close friends for a couple of months but then drifted apart because he moved classes. We didn't talk properly for a month. I bumped into him yesterday and we talked for about 15 minutes. When we seperated he turned around and said "call me" two times. This might sound weird, but none of my guy friends have said that before. We just call each other or we don't, we don't ask.

So I like this guy and tomorrow we have a class together where we will take our last final and then leave for winter break. We have never hugged before and he doesn't really hug people a lot.. I want to give him a hug tomorrow to say goodbye and celebrate that finals are over but im not sure how to approach him about it...so please help with that!

also once I have him in a hug what can I do to make it memorable? And I dont really want to flat our kiss his cheek. Also... hands around the neck or waist?

I just want to die. These past two years of my life have been awful. I really just feel useless and lonely. It's everything between being in love with someone who doesn't love me and my friends and family. I know that there are people out in this world with way more problems than me. I know that commiting suicide is a one-way ticket to hell. I just can't seem to talk to anyone. I've had urges where I've wanted to say "I just want to die." But I don't have the courage to do that. I pray to God every night to make things better but nothing has happened. What do I do? I want to try to handle this on my own but before I start I just need some advice. I can't call anyone. I can't talk to anyone or go anywhere. I just want to have a fine life. I have my journal that I write in but it just makes me cry even more. I do some extracurriculars but I still feel so lonely. When I'm having a good day I am social. Thank you so much for helping me.

A few people in my school think I am dating this guy . I would never go out with him because one: he is gay, two: hes like a brother. He is always around me and sometimes gets on my nerves. I got married about 7 months ago and my husband and I have been dating for about 7 years. We do very well, I think we have a good marriage. We both want children but when is about the only argument we have, I would like to have children now, I have been a nanny for 5 years and I am ready to take care of my own children and family. He wants to wait a few years, his excuse is he is too busy with school 1ST year MBA 1 ½ to go. My opinion is when he is done he is going to be busy with his new job, he also thinks we need to be finically stable, not possible. I think there is no perfect time and I am ready. I do not want to push him but I think really he is just scared.

This is like torment...

For the past 2 months I've been wondering if this girl likes me or not. She's always constantly looking at me, laughing at my jokes, etc.

But 2 weeks ago she gave me weird, somewhat angry and some upset looks, and I kinda backed off.

But this week, she's starting to get more friendlier and she doesn't have too much of a sad look on her face, but she still occasionally looks in my direction.

Now CAN I even ask her out? or no?

I will just be getting out of college (August 2008) and wont have a lot of money, but we would like a small, church ceremony, small reception without all the fancy stuff but still nice. What is the least amount I can spend for about 50-100 people. I don't know how many exactly but I do know it wont be more than 100. Thanks.

i told him i liked her, and he just started talking to her and now hes hitting on her. hes the "player" type thats always chasing sex, and olny wants to "get some" of this girl. but i just want her as a girlfriend and a long lasting realtionship and take things slow. but cause hes the player type he knows what to do and what to say.im just shy and hes telling her lies about me so she wont like me, and i think she belives them too!!so now what do i do? and about her? about my stupid friend?
