It's one of the most detrimental things that could happen to a marriage! Trust is one of the key corners to a foundation in a relationship. Once you break the trust, there isn't much left.

It means that there is no more trust, however it also depends on a relationship and the reason for infidelity. sometimes a spouse gets so neglected physially or emotionally, that they stray just to get their needs met elsewhere, while still being commited to neglector. So it's not black and white.

i don't. i think that infidelity is the one thing that ruins relationships quicker than anything...i find that when people cheat on each other, they cheat themselves as well as the people that they are involved with. there are so many lives that get ruined for what? a quick roll in the hay? i could go on, but i won't go to far!

I think...
Infidelity has got to be the worse emotional pain a committed person can place on another person they claim to love!
Insensitive and inhumane people committ such an atrocity...
It is an unforgivable act that deserves the electric chair or death by lethal injection! :)

A waste of time
Some one who cheats on his wife or vice versa
Needs some serious time management
If you don't have time to spend with your wife
or vice versa
You should not make time to spend with some one else

Absolutely no excuse for it.
You made a promise, so keep it, or get out.
Simple as that.
Edit: And yes, "CMRWASH" --> I totally agree: the innocent ALWAYS are the ones who pay. It sucks.

Simple, it's wrong and destroys relationships even if the other party never knows.
Not right and can never be made right. It never stops hurting and the Innocent pay.
