we've lived together and basicly living as though we're married . I'm ready, He said he's not , He said he does want to marry me but only when he's ready! Isnt 3 years long enough to know if you want to spend the rest of your life with someone? We have had a perfect relationship rare arguments no cheating, Great !! thats whats so boggling!!

Me and my friend chose to give holiday presents together. A. she didn't pay me what she owed me B. after we finished wrapping presents we went to my room. I went on the computer in the other room and she went downstairs. I was wondering what she was doing and I felt like she was doing something. I went back to my room and we just started acting really normal like curling hair. After, I realized that her jacket transfered downstairs to upstairs and casually, I tried it on. I felt something in the pocket and because I know she's stolen before, I believed it was something of mine. She awkwardly took the jacket away and said she was going to the bathroom. I looked at my perfume collected and my perfume was gone. I went downstiars and when I went up, it was back again. This isint the first time I thought she took something from me. I thoguht she took my Burberry perfume as well because I lost mine and saw one in her house and gave her the benefit of the doubt.

What can I do now?

Thank you for taking the time to read my question. My wife and I have been married for 3 years, been together for 7 years. We have 3 small boys ages 1,3 and 5. I have been in jail (3 times) due to my wife calling on Domestic Violence, every time she was either pregnant in the last trimester, or after the birth of one of our boys, all cases were dismissed with prejudice against her. I never hurt or harmed her, she just went crazy. Twice she was intoxicated on wine, but the police took me away, because I am the man and she was pregnant.
In 2005 we started a small seafood business, she quit her job which had great Benefits (Starbucks) I asked her not too because of the burden of health insurance on a small business, we did great to start, but she insisted on overpaying us out of the company, also she wanted to buy a house so we also purchased a home 2 months into our new business. I was trying to make her happy. Since then our relationship went downhill, this is where I started feeling hopeless with our relationship, although I went through the court system and jail, I forgave and told myself to hold the family together.
In summer 2007 the money in company ran out and she told me that she wanted to separate, she took the kids and moved to her mothers home, I ended up having to file a chapter 7 personally, due to no money and Credit Card debt above 25000 dollars, I also have decided to surrender my home, because I can't make the mortgage.

Currently, she is going to counseling for herself, I feel alienated because when I ask about 'us' the family and she and I, she says that she does not know. She moved out at the end of August, and she has not done anything for the sake of the family, but only for herself, I have talked to my parents about it and they want me to divorce her, they believe that sometime along the way of our lives, she decided that she just wanted a meal ticket, they want me to find someone that will work with me and love me.
Another important point I want to make is that my parents invested 20K, and her grandfather invested 50k into the company, this is how she and we maintained the lifestyle that is now falling apart. In the bankruptcy I listed my parents and her grandfather for protection. Recently she told me that we need to pay her grandfather back, but no mention of paying my parents, I wrote a letter to her grandparents wanting to know what the situation was with the loan they gave my wife, but they have not answered back. My wife wants me to pay her 500 per month for the next 6 years to pay back this loan, I don't believe her, especially now without an answer to my letter sent to her grandparents. I feel that she is holding the relationship hostage to get her way.

Should I move on, I am only 37, I think that she has some mental and emotional issues, that only she can work on, I also feel used, I mean she left me right when all the money ran out, and left me to fix it.

I have written letters to her letting her know that I love her with no response.

My friends say that she has turned into a gold digger.

I need some arbitrary advice on this...

I just got reported for saying someone was stupid for asking a question about marrying someone with hairy arms. he asked how to find a woman with very hairy arms, the question was stupid, and i feel like people should have legit questions and answers and not waste peoples time on here. im sorry if i offended anyone, but am I the only one who thinks some of these questions are stupid? like they are just asking and answering to get points.

My husband left my daughter and I to move back to Michigan to be with his ex girlfriend. I am filing for divorce and I need to know what happens in the State of Colorado or in general if he refuses to sign the papers and if he does not show up for court. He has some problems and one minute he is ok and the next he is off on something that he refuses to do anything.

My mom and I were talking about me moving out after I graduate in June. She want's me to split rent with a roomate so living alone is not an option but I only have 1 friend who I could be roomates with and I don't want to find someone else.

SO what I need to do is convince her that he is not going to influence me to make bad choices.
She is mainly worried I will party and not do well in school (which is not true nothing will stop me from doing well in school)she mostly thinks this will happen because that's what both of my brothers did.

Im also worried IF she let's me be roomates with him that she will be so concered about what im doing she will show up at our appartment to check on me.

Im thinking about getting an appartment 20 miles away to avoid this.

The reason it's so important I convince her this is because she is going to help me out with expenses and if she finds out im partying at all she might stop helping me.

i have being going out with this guy just under 6months and we hardly ever go out eg. Cinema,Theatre,Bar etc if anything he would take me out once a month and even then it feels like ive falsed him to take me out. When i ask the reason he says lack of funds or just moans that if i want to go out i should take him out. we chill out at each other houses but he often jumps at a chance to go out with his friends to a club/bar and never once invited me along only in the 1st month of going out. I am planning a wedding and would really like to have a balanced and harmonious feeling during the ceremony and dinner/reception. While my future husband does not like asian inspired designs he does like the idea of including the 5 elements into our celebration: Wood, Water, Fire, Earth, & Metal.
We are having an outside ceremony and dinner in France. We are definitely struggling with how to incorporate these elements without having an eastern-themed wedding.
