well try making some guy friends you arent attracted to for practice. then once you know the kinda stuff guys are into and what there like try starting simple conversations with guys you like. just start with "hi" and "hows your day" stuff like that

Well, I'm not exactly sure if this will help but start out small, don't get into like personal conversations. Start by talking about the class...pretend you don't understand something and ask for his help. I am not a shy person either, but it takes me a little bit to break out of my shell and be comfortable around people.

Its OK its a stage once you flirt once you'll become comfortable but it takes a lot of time. Its completely nervous but remember the guy is always more afraid than you are in most situations so theres a hug advantage for you =D

many people have difficulty flirting or in other awkward social situations.
I sort-of am one,
but I tend to be good with friends, and end up dating my friends so, there's that.
hmm, well, that's everyone.
everyone is like that. it's hard to approach people you like because you're always afraid of rejection.
I hate to say it, but there's nothing to do for it. everone is worried about that. what you have to do, is come to understand the following: you'll never know if you don't try.
and who says you have to flirt? mm? just be you. you don't have to try hard. if they enjoy being with you, they'll do that. be yourself. that's the most unhelpful advice. what it means: don't ever try to be somebody else to get the guy. it'll just make you miserable.
and of course:
what do you have to loose? honestly

its not difficult. a female mind is so much more complex than a males. a tip though, if a guy asks you a question or suggest something like as a joke, but looks at you when he says it hes just joking so he doesent have to like properly talk about things. wow guys are so simple. ha ha
