My boyfriend and I have been dating now for 4 months. He's married and has three kids, all over the age of 12. His wife is NOT the mother of his children. He has only been married to her for almost a year. His two oldest kids know about us and have met me. His son calls me, emails me, and begs to come visit me.

A month ago, he told me that he was going to ask his wife for a seperation. Now, he says that he doesn't want to leave his wife right now, because his 12 yr old is attached to her. He says I need to have patience and it will happen. He says he only married his wife because the kids liked her and he felt that they needed a mother figure.
Now, his two oldest kids are asking him not to change anything at home.

Him and I work at the same place, 2 hours from his hometown. He basically lives with me and only goes home four days a month, since he works so much overtime.

Am I fooling myself, or do I just need to have patience?

BTW, no need to call me a slut.

Just wondering the best way to handle someone you've been dating a few months who has walls up emotionally, from previous relationship failures. Give them space, let them lead the way? Or do you think they need more reassurance than the average person, more attention? Or is this kind of person maybe not even ready for a relationship all together? I've never dated anyone like this before so I'm quite confused! I'm 30 he's 34.

Ladies what would you say if a latino with green eyes said this to you and what would your reaction be.

"My green eyes are something to look at. Yet, I myself would be caught without words looking into yours while are bodies touch and we make the cold temp rise into a heat of passion"

Why do we choose to forgive those who lie, cheat and break our hearts? Why would someone want to be with a partner who did this to them?

He only wants to be catholic. I am open to exploring all religions however, except for catholic. What do we do? Friends have suggested getting married in both churches.... but then our children will be another issue. He insists on catholic, why would i want that if I don't want to convert to catholic.??? Help....Lost..

i've been close friends with a guy for practically 2 years. there's always been a slight tension between us, but lately, it's been UNBEARABLE. even our mutual friends notice it.

the only thing is, we both have similar senses of humor, so whenever i try and be subtle to drop hints that i like him, he uses humour to cover up what he's trying to really say. and because i use the same humor, it's kind of a guessing game between us.

lately he's made the effort to introduce me to all his friends, and whenever i hang out with them, there's always some unspoken words between them, usually with many glances and gestures towards me.

MY close friends all know i like him, and they say i should just go for it. but i really don't want to make a fool of myself, if he doesn't feel the same way. what do i do??

I find it disturbing that their are sooo many single dating sites. My friends and I think if you don't have it figured out (like love and love some more and where's the staying power? To go from women to women and still a single male when your so old? Same with old women they try so hard and still single? I am serious who is going to take care of you ... ya know?

For example, like they want children, they will need to have sex. Is it only that one time or can they have sex/or make love whenever they want to without the use of Fornication?.

Ok, there's this girl I like a lot. And she says the most attractive thing she finds about a guy is his smile. Well, my brace face does not really have a nice smile but I can with my eyes. Here is a picture. Tell me what is more attractive.

I have been with this guy for 1 year now. At first things were great we would go out and have fun at leaset once a week. Then about 6 months ago things changed he no longer wanted to go out with my friends and i wasnt suppose to either. So i gave in and thought that staying home would be ok. I kinda enjoyed the time we had staying at home together every few weeks i would go out with my friends and he wouldnt say much. but the thing is he can go out whenever he wants he don't have to tell me when he goes or anything. we don;t go out together only out for dinners and movies. I feel and know he lies to me about what he is doing and i love him but i don't want to be a dumb *** not knowing what he really is doing. My emotions are confused and he doesnt want to talk about things. He says he is not doing anything but i just dont know. HOw do u confront somone who doesn't really want to talk ??? any ideas

Personally, cheating aint for me. I'd rather just end the relationship and move on...we obviously know that not all people think like this, so, is it ever "OKAY" to cheat on your partner?
I don't think so, but let's see what some of you think.

My wife has filed for divorce but there is something that I need to clarify first before this divorce is agreed upon. The problem is that I have a court order that I cannot contact her even via third party. Our only connection is a car loan and the paper says that we have agreed that she will take over payments and ownership of the vehicle. We have not even talked personally. The only thing that was said was me giving her the account number (through my lawyer) so she could make the car payment. I want my name removed from the loan not just for her to take over payments.
I wanted to know when I write my response to her lawyer is this considered contesting the divorce? And also, if my response ends up being unsuccessful, would it be too late to get a lawyer?
I am wanting to know if this response will be considered contested and will I need a lawyer because if it is not contested then I can just my current defense lawyer (if I need one).
Thanks

I'm very happily married to a bloke i find totally gorgeous, but I find that, at different times in the month, I get different amounts of drive. For about two weeks, I can't get enough of it, & almost wear him out, but then the other 2 weeks, I'm not so enthusiastic. It's not that i don't WANT to, it's just that I find it harder to 'get in the zone' mentally. What can I do to increase my drive in those times? (He's great at what he does by the way!! No fault of his!)
