In my opinion, it sounds very much like a compliment. Getting lost in the Latino green eyes means the person is looking into your soul and the passion means that they are physically attracted to you. Hope this helps.

Ok it sounds sexy but...I would leave out the "my green eyes are something to look at." Understand this, they are automatically gonna notice your gorgeous eyes ok? Dont do the cocky stuff that can turn a girl off. But the rest of what you said sounds good. On the right woman of course. If you just say that to every girl you tryin to talk to they might just smack the crap outta ya. lol. So make sure you are familiar with the woman first. lol
