No - it is not illegal in the UK. As long as u are over 16 it's totally legal. I don't think that a 19year old sleepin with a 17year old is bad!

It really depends on where you live. In some states yes it would be legal. It would be the age of consent. As long as it is not force and you 2 care for each other you are fine. Now if you live in a state where it is not legal then if your parents find out and have a problem with it he could get in a lot of trouble. My advice if you truly care about each other be careful and keep it quite until you are 18. Good luck to ya and like I said be very careful and safe!

It depends on where you live it means more. If you was willing than it doesn't really matter but in the south that's still is a crime and the 19 year old could do time in jailfor having sex with an under age women.

In the US, it is up to each state. Each state has different laws. If it is illegal and it is prosecuted, the the 19yo would go to jail and have to register as a sex offender for the rest of his life if convicted. Why don't you wait till you are 18.

In the UK the legal age is 16. As you are asking i would say that you sound like you aren't ready to sleep with him yet. If he really cares for you maybe you should make him wait. If he keeps pushing then he might not be worth it.

Yes, it is illegal. Because he is an adult and you are still a minor, he could be charged with rape or molestation, even if you consented to having sex with him.
Make the smarter choice and just dont do it.

the legal age is consent is 16 so along as you are both over 16, which you both are, its is perfectly legal (no matter how big the age difference).
