She's the type that as soon as she gets home the bags go on the floor in the living room and sit there for a week. Shoes go under the coffee table and stay until I move them. Plates sit in the sink. Clothes lay about everywhere. I do the best I can to clean stuff. I'm not a neat freak but, to me, if you spill something, common sense tells you to clean it up. Has anyone had success in getting someone to become a less messier person? and one that cleans up after themselves?

I am 38, married 5 years. My 1st (10yrs long) and blessed with 2 kids. This is his 1st. I feel he has no clue on how to handle cues and signals in just about every area. I am always making efforts to improve our communication, and he sits in silence and doen't know where to begin. I read books and love to be improving all the time. I am tired of "rescueing" How do I keep looking at the bright side when I am always in the dark with him? When does enough become ENOUGH?

Is there any way to prevent someone from breaking into your room (by using a credit card). Is there something I can put on my door so it will not open when someone tries this?

Ok, so I'm pretty sure my friend has herpes, because she gets these crazy cold sores around her mouth every once in awhile... and when I told her that it could be herpes, she didn't know what it was, but then when I told her what it was and how she could catch it, she seemed shocked and was really quiet... like she did have unprotected sex or something.

Now, here's the thing. Could I catch it?
I let her use my eyelier once on the bottom and top of her eyelids once, and then I think I used it...
And we always hug and stuff...
And I ate some cookies she made me once... and we always share food and stuff, but unless she spit in something, I don't think her saliva ever mixed with mine.

Would the virus even live on a cookie or something?

And right now, I have this weird thing on my lip that started out as a blackhead, but is now all red, painful, and weird looking.

IS IT POSSIBLE???

it was controlled debt (nothing late or skipped) but he has ALOT of debt. If we ever went seperate ways (which I am NOT considering) Is his debt now my debt too? The debt was incurred BEFORE we got married. So I dont think its my responsibility. Any debt AFTER we get married would be my responsibility too, right?

I dont get this stuff!

I have been with my boyfriend for 7 years. We are both young, im 24 and hes 23.
In our relationship we have had many ups and downs, it got really bad at one point where I felt the need to just go away bc in the past he had lied to me by posing as single online and always watching porn, despite the fact that i always pleasured him.

I couldn't handle it anymore, so after being together for 5 years and having a conversation about our future and him telling me he wasnt sure, i decided to study abroad for a year.

I figured it would be the smartest thing i could do, for my own sanity and also to get away and have him figure out what he wanted. So my first week of living abroad he has already added himself to Hotornot as single. Immediately when i saw this i cried but i knew i had a whole year to look forward to in a different country with new people.

So when he called me i told him it was over and why.

Can my friend seriously be mad at me for hanging out with this guy this weekend instead of her. Yes we had plans already and I just put more plans over it. I understand that, but she taking it all up the butt and around the corner. Not only that I've done so much stuff for her that I didn't want to do. But did I get mad. I was in a tank top and shorts until one in the morning once for her and her little boyfriend. I snuck out of her house at three in the morning with her to go to her boyfriend's, when of course I didn't want to. But when I want to make plans with the guy I like and interrupt our boring plans she gets mad. I've done so much for her can't she just be happy I'm finally having my chance to hang out with him?
And I hang out with her every flipping weekend and we do the same thing. Wake up, Eat, Shower, Get ready, Take pictures, If we're lucky go to the park or go uptown, then eat again, watch tv, then sleep.
Same thing every weekend. UGH!
Does she have a right to be mad?

At school, she never really wants to kiss me, she says I say "I love you." too much and when her friends are over or something she doesn't really pay much attention to me it seems. For example, the other night she was stretching for cheerleading and I was just sitting on the couch watching. She needed somebody to push her leg to stretch it but she didn't ask me to, she asked her friend Ryan who was there too. It just bothered me because I thought she would have asked me first. Also, she is never very lovey and I guess that's just the way she is and I told her she should be a little more lovey and she kind of is. I just feel like she is loosing interest in me even though she says many times that she isn't and that she will always love me, etc. I guess I just feel this way cause she doesn't say that kind of stuff as much as I do, so to me it appears as if she doesn't care when really she does. Am I just overreacting? We've been together for 5 months.

I want to keep ALL of my names LOL! I want to keep my middle name and maiden name, and his last name. Should I hyphenate it or just use my maiden name as my middle name? OR, should I keep them all? I like the sound of hyphenated last names, but it could get confusing. HELP!! I just don't know what to do. My husband doesn't mind either way. I just know I want his last name in there too.

In March I lost a long term temp job that lasted a year. I thought they would hire me permanently but didn't. Right now I'm undergoing a background check to a new job and hoping I like it. It can take any time to 3 to six months or maybe a year. In the meantime, everyone I know has been hired to full-time jobs, and are in happy relationships. Some of these people aren't really good people at all. I've witness so many good things happen to these people. I used to think in order to have a good and/or successful life you have to do the right thing and be a good person, but what I'm realizing is: THAT MAY NOT BE TRUE! I have very fundamental beliefs of how people should be treated and about life in general but now I feel like those beliefs have been tested in a negative way and I feel I should give up and stop trying to find goodness in people and life in general. I am so Jealous of bad people getting the great things in life, while I have to continuously struggle. How do I overcome this?

I recently found out my husband (to whom I have been married barely a year) likes transgenders and wears womens' clothes himself sometimes. I am shocked, and a little upset but I don't know what to do? He obviously loved me enough to marry me but can I trust him not to cheat on me with this secret he still hasn't admitted to me?
