My ex and I share joint custody of our son who lives with me 60% and lives with him 40%.The problem is my exhusband brings his fiance to things i feel should be just between the parents of our child(doctors appts.,school meetings with the teachers regarding our son)I have asked nicely for his fiance to stay home and leave these decisions to my ex and I to handle.Well my exhusband refuses to respect my wishes on this.As the mom do i have any legal rights to say where his fiance can and can't go regarding my son?

At my skool I have to wear uniform and it is sooooo just not me....how do I like make it my own and accesorize. Because just getting up every morning and putting on a collared polo and sum khaki pants is pretty boring....I want to look different from everybody else....so can you please tell me what to do to make my uniform different than everybody elses!?!?!?!?! okay so i really like this guy. all my friends think he's really into me. he talks to me almost every night. the only problem is he's 5 years older then me. I know he totally respects me cause ive know him for like 6 years.

i really want to tell him how i feel but i dont know if i should, because i dont want him to be like " oh well, you're too young."

should i just tell him how i feel and see what happens or should i ask him if he thinks it would ever work out between us???

I have a friend who's much older than me, I know I love him and recently I've figured out I'm ready for physical intamacy with him...however, I have a bf who's the same age as me...with whom I find that I don't trust nearly as much as my older friend...nor am I even close to desiring physical intamacy with him. I feel like I can talk to my friend more as a best friend and lover than my actual boyfriend...Me and my friend have known each other since I was in my Soph year...while I have know my bf since I was a Fresh. However, I became closer to my friend right before the summer between soph and junior year. All last year my junior year, whenever I'd get to hang with my friend...I would be on the moon for a while and everyone would assume it was my current bf...then he was one of my best friends...that made me in such an awesome mood. Basically I've had feelings for my friend far longer than I've had them for my bf...I had just hoped I would be able to shrug them off. What do you think?

Im in college now and im 17 soon to be 18. I like this girl in one of my courses but I never seen her on campus and the only time Its possible to talk to her is after class but she leaves real fast. And I dont know how to strike up a conversation with out being too weird, I really would like to get to know her better.
Even though I never spoke with her, I just feel this connection and I just want to hug her and never let go. Where should I start plz help, I never felt like this.

she me and my boyfriend have myspace pages at first our pages said in a relationship then he changed his so i changed mine but to the point there is this girl on there her page says she is from florada put the always talk on the phone and when i look at his page he gets mad he says hes not cause we are always to gether (true) but its the little things that make think that he is he puts myspace before me when i spend the night at his house he stays on there for hours and when i ask him if he is cheating he gets so mad,i ask the girl where they together she said no but one thing that really got under my skin he said that on myspace we are only friend what should i do just relax or confront him again i dont know what to do please help

I come from Argentina, and I´m studying at Canada for 1 full school year. I´ve been here for only 3 weeks but I´ve problems with my host family they´ve busy schedules with their works so they´re no here for a long time with me. Sometimes i feel really lonely and I began to miss my family and friends. I talk with them and the first thing they answered was "Perfect, we´ll ask for your change" I began to cry and they were like really sorry about the answer they talk with me and what they told was "we need to work, and we are making all we can so you can feel confortable" but i feel really sad & mad with them. I´ve also some problems with them cause they don´t trust me at all they have a big lock in their room and they are always like scared. I really feel upset. They´ve another guy from South Arabia but he is all time sleeping or using computer. This is not what I really expect cause if i want this i can move into another house in my own country alone! What am I suposed to do? Urgent help

Ok so my mom put my sister into private school and therefor my mom expects her to try her best and not have any missing assignments..
Well lately she has been rebelling alot and when she doesnt do her work and she lies to my mom she gets spanked.
Well lately if nothing goes well for her then she always asks if i can just kill her and i just tell her no!
My mom doesn't seem to notice and since im the older one she gets most of the attention..So no one really cares about what i have to say....
Well i was wondering what it was i should do to get her to stop thinking that....
Oh and she is 12 yrs old.

I went to see my hairdresser today, I love her to death she's the sweetest person. Afterwards we were standing around and catching up when her very angry husband came in and demanded that we leave. I wasn't sure what to do so I went and sat in my truck. During that time I saw him drag her out of the salon, slam her into a wall, slap her, and hit her a few times. i wanted to say something to stop this but i was unsure of what would happen. I'm 5'6" and this guy is 6'2" HUGE guy. We were also in a known "lower class" neighborhood. I was getting looks just being at the salon....... I feel so bad. I wish I had done something, but other than getting my face bashed in, what could I have done? What would you do (realistically).

I am so sick of when i ask a question, i get horrible answers from people. All I asked was why people want to have so many children. I have an 18 month old and I dont understand how people deal with it...thats all! I love my son with all of my heart and he loves me, its just that at times, things get a little frustrating. Im here on this island by myself with a deployed husband and no family to help me out. I'm supposed to be thrilled and happy when I wake up with a migrane and I have to hear the moaning from him? I know its not his fault, its just the situation. I'm supposed to be happy when he throws tantrums???All i want to do is cry! What do other moms do? Thats what I'd like to know? I just want to have just one night for myself where I can have a couple drinks, chill and relax. Just ONE!!!!

When I was growing up, I lived with grandparents, and my grandfather always made final decisions in the household. Their marriage was awesome. Now that i'm married, I think it's best if we make decisions together, but whatever my husband decides is the final answer. This is the way the Bible said it should be too, but even when I see marriages of church going people, they don't always live this. Am I the only one left? What are your views on this?

My mom has a mental illness and now she doesn't even know who my siblings and me are and won't go get help that she needs and she hides in her closet whenever we go to visit her and tells us she's not our mom. If she ever does and goes get help will the medication bring her back to how she was before all this?

I am 16, and have only one friend my age. Only of my best friends are from 26-45. It's hard for me to really get along with anyone my age, and the same goes for my friend who is also 16.
My dad says that all my older friends are perverted, whether male or female or how we became friends.
2 have been schoold teachers, and the others I've met through work or just around town, and they have all helped me to make wiser choices, but it's like my dad doesn't care about that.
He only like me being around my 16 year old friend.
Is it really wrong for me to have friends a whole lot older than I am? I don't try to just have older friends, I give everyone and anyone a chance, but I get so bored and annoyed with people my age.
I don't think there's anything wrong with that...but am I wrong? Is dad right?

I am in need of some really good advice. I need some venting and someone to help me look outside my box called life. I have had some major life changes and some really hard changes. I am hanging in there but need someone or people for some support. I really dont need any jokers or anyone that is going to crack on my issues.

I've been with the same guy for a year and a half, I love him and he loves me... but he makes me cry, a lot. And I've cut because of him and he is kind of controlling sometimes. He feels bad about it, he even says so, and I don't think he tries to or anything but he keeps asking me what he can do to make it up to me and how he could make me feel better instead of worse and I don't really know. So what should I tell him? That I think he's being a jerk and he needs to do better or keep saying it's okay and he isn't doing anything wrong.. because I'm not even sure.
