Well, I wanted to see how you feel about that person, because I know that when I care about someone I can be clingy and I think maybe people dont like that, but I when back off, we grow apart. So yeah is being clingy a bad thing?

Yeah I'm clingy too and yes it does drive people nuts. Everyone needs their own space to breath once in a while. You just have to know when to show your "overly careness" and when to back off. It all depends on the person and the mood they are in. It's like a trial and error thing. You just have to test it out yourself and learn through your mistakes.

being clingy is not okay. give people space. if i feel that someone is clingy i get all weird and avoid the person.

in your case Clingy is okay but when it comes to foreigners over net constantly sending you emails of "lets talk now! i need to know if your marriage, what state are you in what university do you go to have you had sex before." its people like who i consider clingy or NEEDY because they want so much info out of you, info that doesn't even concern them, so do i know who anyone who's clingy, yes, a bunch of people i don't know on my yahoo messenger
