I am legally divorced and remarried . My son is 7 yrs old and I would like to apply for my son's passport in India.
I do not want to use my first husband's name in my son's passport as my son doesnt even know who the his real father was. he left us when the child was 5 months old.
Instead I wish to have my second husband's name as a father of the child who is taking all the effort to keep us happy.

It will be wonderful if anyone could help me with the procedure (if exists) to fill in my second husband's name as my son's father in the passport.
What kind of documents are required to do the needful.
Cant I use mother's name instead of father name itself?

If I'm alone it's no problem, I'll just go in the shower.

But when I'm in there with my boyfriend - of course the warm water makes me need to pee - but he's probably going to notice!

- has only had sex with one person but that person broke it off w/ him for obvious reasons
- is wrapped up in online games
- calls himself fat and ugly and openly admits he has no self-esteem or confidence
- says he has fallen in love with a girl from one of those online games and she lives 3,000 miles away (she is flying out to see him) as she says she has fallen in love with him to - this is after 1 month or so they were saying this
- has no dreams
- only a highschool education

what do you call somebody like this?
and could somebody like this become obsessive with you after you break it off w/ them if the "online" thing doesn't work out for them?

Hi, I'm having strugle with a little situation. Recently I've noticed that for some reason or the other I'm sorta attracted to both guys and girls.............hmmm.
My friend tried to give me a gay test lol...............she made me watch 3 videos............first a man and a woman having sex...........second a woman and another woman having sex..............third two guys doing it.
I personally don't have a problem with gay people, but I'm just kinda confused. I've never had a bf or gf and I've kissed both guys and girls. the last being a girl, I haven't been kissed in a while. My family is very religious and doesn't like gay people and they think I'm gay because I don't have a problem with people being gay !

I know for sure that I've loved sincerely only once in this lifetime. As a paradox, since then I have no problem seducing women and getting them into bed, but soon I get very bored and I dump them, hurting both them and me. On the other hand, just the idea of not having a girlfriend drives me wild, and I go round in this vicious circle. I am 23 and the relation I mentioned ended about six months ago (lasting about an year).

See, a few days after he proposed, we found out that he had cancer. It was too late for them to be able to help him, too. So, after he died, I thought about a lot of things. Suicide for one, but I decided against that because it would've ruined everything that he did for me. So now... I am very young, and there is one person in particular after all these years of his death that still persists to get with me. Is it ok to find someone new now? I've always thought it would suck to finally get to Heaven and find out that the one you love most found someone new ><; kind of childish but it bothers me. What do I do?

An ex does you wrong... You of course break up, then they still want friendship, but you still have feelings for this person. You do swallow alot of pride and bit your lip from time to time as best as you can, being they are now with the person whom was one factor of a few, in the breakup. Over a two year time now after the breakup. You still long for this person but the ex only wants friendship as they state 2 your face, but when asked by one of your friends if other was not in the picture would they go back to you, and they say " they could", then how do I just become friends and deal for "in the meantime". I want to be w/ this friend still even the most would say " are you stupid, for what she put you through". yet I know I could be perhaps just a friend, but how do i let go of the past the love feelings and bottle them up, and then also let go of the bitterness I too that tends @times to creep up on my thoughts. Okay, just yesterday a friend of mine called me up to ask if I wanted to go to the carnival with her. I was a bit surprised because her and I haven't talked to each other in quite awhile. I became REALLY offended when she said "Well, I asked my other friends if they wanted to go with me, but they were all busy. So I called you." How does she not realize that this offends me? She called EVERYONE ELSE before me. I was her last choice.

And a few days ago I called another friend of mine to see if she wanted to hang out this weekend. She claimed she'd be busy and couldn't. Then she called earlier today and she's like "I'm not calling to hang out because my friend is here, but I had to ask you something." (It was just a simple question, unimportant.) But I'm getting really annoyed! What is wrong with me? I don't get why they feel they can say this to me and think it's okay!

My ex-husband's mother always sends my children giftcards at Christmas and on their bdays. By his own decision, he is not a part of our lives - I don't even know where he is. She lives about 30 miles away and hasn't seen my kids in over 2 years. In the past, we do accept these giftcards and send her a thank you card in which I always tell her she is welcome to visit the kids whenever she would like. She never does. Should I send the giftcards back to her this Christmas? I hate to take away from the kids, but I think it is a slap in their face that she is so close and won't be a part of their lives. Obviously, being a single mom of these 3 kids, the cards allow me to get them a few things I wouldn't be able to normally get them. She usually sends about $50 on their bdays and about $200 at Christmas. What's the RIGHT thing to do?

I met him when I was 19 and we dated for 2 1/2 years. He cheated and now we not together. I thought maybe dating an older man would mean that he was more mature, ready to be in a serious relationship and accomplished more. But I have more accomplished at the age of 22 than he does at the age of 33. I have my own car, apartment, and a great job. He STILLS leaves with his mother. I feel like he's used me for show and took my love for granted, maybe because of the age difference. I still love him. Or maybe I should not relate maturity level with a person's age.

I recently graduated from college, and now my stepmom is graduating, too, in a couple of months.
She and my dad never even sent a card for my graduation, yet they expect me to fly across the country for her commencement ceremony.
I told him that it hurt me, and he still expects me to go.
I don't want to be spiteful, but I cannot justify spending money that I don't have, and taking unpaid time off work, to celebrate her special time, when my special time wasn't even acknowledged by them.

My spouse and I have been separated for over 3 years and are currently going through a divorce. Yesterday I found out he created a MySpace page with my pictures and information slandering me. I’ve contacted his command about this and his implications that he’s going to kill me but they’re not doing anything about it. I’ve spoken to JAG and they contacted his command but nothing has been done. My local PD says I don’t have enough for a restraining order. I don’t know what to do or who to talk to.
