A honeymoon should be a pleasant experience for both of you. He can eat horse and snail in other cities rather than Paris, like Las Vegas. I know because I live in Vegas.
Your fiance and you need to have a long talk about the honeymoon, because if you cannot talk openly and honestly about this trip, how are the two of your going to handle a marriage that will last?

Take it from me, if you're truly in love, it doesn't really matter where you go..but a few words of advice..first pick a destination where you don't have too many stops or long layovers before you finally get there.. if you can try to pick a place where most people you know haven't been, that way it can be you and your future husband's "place".. and you want to pick a place where it's not too distracting..because really you're honeymoon is your time to focus on each other before you return back to your "everyday" lives..good luck on your decision.. Paris is good, but personally I liked Tahiti better..way better..and by the way it is a Fench occupied island..

I have heard Jamaica is AMAZING my fiances parents go there every year, for several years now and they still love it. Tell your fiance that he may not get snail or horse, but they do serve goat burgers.
Also they have a lot of all inclusive thinsg where you can drink anything free, you can eat anything free and everything else there ive heard is super cheap to do.

Europe is the best place I think to go on a honeymoon.....you can travel throughout Europe....its romantic and wonderful....definatly do it.
