if i was divorsed in the state of oklahoma and was given sole custody and my ex husband was denied visitation rights, and ordered to pay child support, can the divorse decree be changed by the state of texas if we moved here? or do we have to go through the state of oklahoma to have child custody changed?

This was our biggest fight ever. She cursed at me and called me a little hoar and f-in little "female dog".
I tried to stay calm but I couldnt stop myself from yelling and screaming back. the fight was about my car and driving boys around. I have a lot of male friends and she doesnt approve she wants me to have girl friends only except my boyfriend who she doesn't really like either but she likes him better than my guy friends. dad wasnt home for this fight but I feel like telling him everything. he knows we fight and it makes him very upset but what can he do? its between mom and me, I am starting to hate her. my bf wants me to move in. help.

How do I ask someone to be my maid of honor without hurting everyone feelings. I have two really good friends - one has been there for me recently but not in the past, but knew here since sixth grade. She said she would have asked me but I did not have a lot of money then. The other one I am her daughter's godmother and she asked me to be her maid of honor but her wedding got called off. Then I will have a future sister-in-law. What do I do? Can I just have all bridemaids and then still have the best man give a speech?

Three nights ago me and my friend prank called a girl in my grade whos really mean and doesn't have alot of friends and when her dad answerd the phone we ( me and my friend ) said we were friends of hers from school. so her dad told her " (her name) thers someone on the fone for you. she said she was a friend from school." then she answered " really? a friend from school?" and she sounds really exited and hopeful. i feel so bad i just hang up , and i still feel really guilty about it. I've known this girl for almost 7 years now, and we've been good friends during that time. Back in high school I was her prom date (as a friend). We hung out a lot, we can make eachother laugh, etc.

There have been several people over the years who have mentioned that they think she "loves" me. Years after high school she told me she liked me, but always thought I wasn't interested so she didn't pursue it. Asking me to be her prom date was a way for us to go out together, she said.

Here is the problem though... while I think she's funny, enjoyable to be around, and is a nice person, I'm not particularly attracted to her.

Now she's not unattractive by any means. She's had a steady supply of boyfriends, always gets flirted with, and I have been floored by how good she's looked more than once. She is good looking, she's just not "my type".

Is it fair to reject her on that basis though? Without physical attraction I think I'd be looking elsewhere, and could end up hurting her.

Ok so today was the Third day of school and we were told that Friday was the 1st school dance and these group of guys in 9th period came up to me and were like ARE YOU GOING TO THE DANCE!! && I said I dont think so...and they were like if you dont have anyone to go with are you still going and I was like probably not and they were like ok and then this one guy chad (in the group) was like,'' I LOVE YOU!!'' To get to the point I'm Homeschooled and my parnets will NOT let me go to Public school and my Ex-Friend who's a Jerk (sorry to say but it's the truth). Ok when I was younger I did Cheerleading and Loved it! I still love it and NOTHING else. But my Ex-Friend made the Cheerleading team and I cant since I'm Homeschooled, I live in a smell town so there is nothing else to do! I only want to do Cheerleading I just LOVE it. And now I see my Ex-Friend and it hurts really bad because my Coachs used to say I was the BEST cheerleader (way better then my Ex-Friend) and now I cant and I have to see my Ex-Friend since we only live a few houses apart.

How can I deal with this??
I need advice!
