I got married in June and not because it's the traditional wedding month (it's too hot depending on where you live). We picked that day because that was the day my husband was supposed to leave on a 6 month deployment and was suddenly taken off the list at the last minute so we thought it "was a sign" so to speak so we got married on the day he was supposed to leave. It's a nice story to tell and the day means so much more to us. So if you've got a certain day something good happened for ya'll then that would be the day I picked.

I will be getting married in July of 2008. Next summer is a huge summer for weddings. I know about 5 other friends of mine getting married next summer...but I guess we sort of set the trend, as my fiance and I were the first to get engaged and set a date.
