In our final divorce papers, ex is ordered to pay 50% of the childcare costs. He doesn't pay or he pays months afterwards, creating a problem for myself and the kids. Currently owes 5 weeks for this Summer, despite his making more than double myself and paying half the rent I do. Is there any legal recourse with this that I can handle myself? Sitters will not stay if they are not paid and I have had to pay both portions inorder to retain care at times. I am needing care throughout the school year for the first time and cannot have this constant struggle. His words to me are "take me to court" which he knows I do not have the money to do..... Any suggestions?

Hi--this question goes only TO PEOPLE PAST AGE 30..
WHAT DO YOU THINK OF THE NEW "ENTITLEMENT GENERATION" ?(term for teens & youth of today)

I have many teenage realatives--and it sickens me to see all these young teenagers lavished by their parents with brand new cars, i-pods, cell phones, and everything else. Parents foot the bill for everything, and these kids act like money grows on trees.

Why do parents today think that "Parenting" means being a "friend" and giving kids all these material things they havent worked 1 day for? Kids probably think they should be "paid" just for getting dressed in the morning.
Thats not how the real world is!

Whats the deal? DISCUSS

Also she has a 15 year old son because she is divoced but it wasn't her fault. The reason why she got divorced was because she found out that her ex husband was dating behind her back and her son lives with her ex husband. And her son is 15 and I am 23. Is it still allowed? Also this women is related to me by marriage already because she is my sister-in-law's cousin by blood. So we are already related by marriage. Is it allowed?

I'm so confused!! I've been married for 2 years and dated my husband for a year before that. I was 16 and he was 18 when we first started dating and I was so convinced that we were in love and meant to be together. He joined the Navy and when he was home for xmas we slept together and I ended up pregnant, so we got married. At first I was so sure that I made the right decision by marrying him, we were soul-mates. Then he got sent to iraq for 6months and when he returned things were different. I had been faithful but I'm not sure he had. And when I finally moved to where he was stationed, I got the feeling that the only thing we had/have in common is our daughter. The excitement to see him or touch him is gone. I miss having his company when he's gone, but I don't miss 'him'. I don't know what I would do without him, but I'm not sure its bc I love him or that he's like a habit. I need advice on how to tell the difference between being in love and just being. What do you think?

I thought long and hard about getting married before I did it. I think I married the right man, but still wonder if I did. I myself was not 'all about' the wedding. I knew/know that what is most important is the marriage (over just that one day, the wedding). It seems too cheesy for people to just say 'You will know.' Too simplistic. Things change over the course of time and some get more difficult. Recent changes/difficulties in my household include a new baby and increased job stress. Is it so wrong to wonder if I married the right person because it doesn't feel like it at the moment?

Well I hit the roof. She lives with her dad now as we moved to a different area. My husband rang this boys father and told the dad that they were to break up. Well they did but this boy rang me and we discussed alot of issues that I had had with him.He tells me that he loves my daughter and he was sorry that things went that far. They broke up. She of course was" not happy jan". I told him that if he still wanted to see her he would have to swear to me he wouldnt touch her below the neck.....I feel like I may have done the wrong thing but after we talked and I got to know him better...I liked him. I hate thinking of what happened. She is 13!!!!! What do you think??????

I am very sad. I cant eat, or sleep or concentrate at work. I put on a happy face around my 9 year old, she is not his daughter. Its hard, will I ever get through this pain? He will be moving out tomorrow. My daughter does not want him to leave. I dont want him to leave but its final, he will be moving out tomorow, and he says that he will never come back. He is not in love with me anymore and does not want to work things out. Its really hard for me to face those facts. I need advice.

my old room mate (a guy who is very much like a brother to me) is living with his girlfriend in a studio apartment. like they have a great relationship and very loving too. the wierd thing is that my old room mate has thoughts about her being with other men. its not like he is jelous, its that he finds it a turn on. like he sees her working with the men at her work place (she is a female construction worker and the only woman to boot on the crew) and he says thinking about what they could be doing in one of the condos they are working on, and he says he gets aroused. th wierdest thing is, he says he has thoughts about what it would be like if his girlfriend had some other guy stay with her for a couple of weeks (them sleeping in the bed and him sleeping on the floor in front of the tv) or so. he says the thought of glancing over at them having sex or even cuddling and kissing is very hot. what should i tell him? is this a normal guy thing or is it realy weird?

my sibling and I are both in our twenties and very close in age. When we are away from eachother, we are like best friends, but once we are under the same roof, it is a different story. Somehow we always end up competiting with eachother, or thinking the other one is jealous. I have really tried lately to be more open (less sneaky about what I am doing: diet, exercise, makeup etc.) The result have been 1) either she copies what I do in secret (just trust me I know) 2) she thinks some how, I am just showing off and have something up my sleve, 4) she thinks that I am some how copying her. I am thinking about confronting her, but I think she will just deny it, or spin it around on me. Any advice?

I am 43 and a Christian. My problem is coveting men, going out with bad ones and being absolutely devestated when I get dumped, even though I don't really care for most of them. I want God to be first and let him choose the man but can't seem to trust him. I become almost obsessed in getting men to like me and once I do I feel disatisfied. I also smoke alot when I am dating someone, obsessing about if they are going to do me wrong, and making huge dramas out of nothing. I feel unworthy of love and am self sabatoging my happiness. I don't want to live my life alone but feel I will never find true love if I keep acting this way. Anyone been in a similar state of mind? Any help would be appreciated.

She touches my arms alot, we were doing a group activity at camp and she was the first to grab me and always had my hand/hands, and she touched my chest once. She made a joke about me being skinny and when she did she also grabbed my arm. She usually does this in public. She stares at me alot and looks away when she notices me looking. We have went and seen movies together and watched movies at my house together. When she and a friend of mine go somewhere i usually end up getting invited. We watched a movie at camp and we were next to each other and she would lay on her side and rub her butt against my leg a couple of times then stop. At first i thought if was just an accident, but she did this act a couple more times. We danced to each other and everytime we talked to each other she would look me in the eyes and laugh or we would get about an inch away from each other
