Go to child support enforcement and see if they can assist. Perhaps it can be pulled from his check.

Go to court anyway ... in San Diego there are low-cost legal services, and many attorneys will take a case like this based on the outcome, since it is a slam dunk that you are going to win. I went through the same thing, and found a do-it-yourself legal center and it worked fine and I was in the money shortly thereafter. Do not let the children suffer because of this guy. You can do it ... just check out the local yellow pages.

You can find an attorney that will represent you for free, the county can provide someone for you,or just represent yourself. He is violating a court order. If you take him to court, the judge can garnish his wages and the money will come directly out of his paycheck, therefore you will get paid for sure. Don't let him bully you. What a jerk, not wanting to make sure his kids are cared for when you are at work.

Call the court and see what they suggest for you to do since it is court ordered. Maybe you dont need to hire an attorney or put out any money. Thats a start anyway, Good Luck, im so sick of men not wanting to take responsibility for their kids. Just dont give up, it will catch up with him

Try child support services first. Also, taking him to court would not be very expensive at all. Go to the court house and find out what papers you have to file to get him to comply to the order. I think the child support office can help you.

You might try going to your county Human Resource Admin. or Social Services. Ours has programs that can help cover the costs of child care, partially or completely (based on each case individually). Unfortunately, the child support office can't MAKE him meet his obligations, but they can make his life mighty uncomfortable if he doesn't. You might want to keep on them, too, letting them know that he's not meeting his court-ordered obligations.
Good luck to you. I know it's hard, but I hope it works out for you and your children.

if its already in the final papers then it won't take much if you would take him back to court. I know the thought of spending money you don't have is not appealing, but it probably wouldn't take that much because he is going against what the papers say. Judges don't fool around with that kind of stuff.

Yeah, contact orphanage and give kids to them. It's obvious you can't afford them and you never should have had them.
