its really really hard. on both of you. first of all, if you guys are still talking, texting, or whatever, please end it. that never helps with a breakup.
when i was going through a break up, i binged on food when i was depressed, worked out really hard when i was mad, and flirted with guys to feel attractive.
people always tell you to pick up a new hobby. it actually works. i started playing racketball because it felt good hitting the wall really hard.
good luck to you!

"Rebuilding When Your Relationship Ends" by Bruce Fisher or Fischer,.
Book and tape series... excellent.
You are not abnormal. You are devastated, but must learn that an empty chair makes no sounds in an orchestra.

By constantly reminding yourself why he is your EX. If you left him for a good reason then it shouldn't be too hard. If he left you, then ask yourself if you really want to be with some one who does not want to be with you. You would be setting yourself up for even greater heart ache.
