Also she has a 15 year old son because she is divoced but it wasn't her fault. The reason why she got divorced was because she found out that her ex husband was dating behind her back and her son lives with her ex husband. And her son is 15 and I am 23. Is it still allowed? Also this women is related to me by marriage already because she is my sister-in-law's cousin by blood. So we are already related by marriage. Is it allowed?

This sounds a bit confusing and no offence, a bit 'red neck' like. So long as you are not actually related to her by blood then i think you would be allowed; i don't see why not. Age may not be a major issue now, but it could very likley be in the future; that all depends how much you both really and truely feel about eachother. Although I think you would be far better finding someone else, the choice is both of yours to make; whatever you decide.. good luck.

You can marry anyone that you want to at 23. Just make sure that your doing the right thing at such a young age. Afterall the woman is 15 years older than you are. Hope that it works out for the both of you. Alot of men marry older women when it's the woman's second marriage.

son I'll call because I'm old enough to be your father, A lot of people will tell you that age ain't nothing but a number, but I have to ask do you have any children if not, do you plan any ?
the reason you have to think of her age... yes this could be a beautiful relationship at first, but as you grow older and she gets older and things begin to chance physically and her sex drive begins to slow down and she begins to slow down i.e.
not wanting to leave the house no clubs ,no movies not wanting you to go hanging with your friends. Think hard on this relationship.. I've been there it lasted 13 years but only 8years was good. she gone and know i have a lady my age

Yes, it is legal, but it is highly problematic. My guess is you are sleeping together and you have a serious case of lust for this older woman. No problem there. The problem is in thinking that it's love, rather than just purely lust, or your savior complex coming out, you want to save her. There are red flags all over this relationship and I would take it slow, take your time, but yes, it could work ... it's just that 98% or relationships like this don't work .. and figure that her son is going to hate your guys for the rest of his life ... not good.

It is a weird situation but yes it is allowed. As long as the both of you are consenting ADULTS and not blood related then there is nothing saying you cant.

You can but why would you want to, i know love is a great thing but that's a tad bit too much with age, plus the 15 year old will probably resent you later on!!!!!

No offense to you at all, but something is wrong with a woman who is 38 wanting to marrying a 23 year old man. Please move on to someone your own age, she is not the one for you. Legal but weird situation.

Yes you can get married to her, but she is more
experienced than you in life and if you can think
and act as a 38yr old then it will probably work out
however statistically is a different story, good luck.

it all sounds good as far as legal.... i would question your motivation thou. At 23 you got a lot of life to live still. I would not have made a good choice had i married the bf i had at 23.

If you know its true love and she's the one...you can do whatever you want. It is a big age difference and you have to make sure she is the one you want. It doesn't matter why she divorced.
