Cause i need help

The paralegal also said I do not have to split Ca. lotto and/or Vegas winnngs with her (spouse). She said that since I filed and I am seperated (living in an apartment) and she bought me out (the house)-house in her name already-she was served with divorce papers already and we split property 50/50-the main question would be-do I have to split the Ca. lotto/or Vegas winnings if I do win???? I am on step 3 of the divorce process-I have completed 2 so far (paperwork). Any help would be greatly appreciated...Thanx in advance!!!!

My aunt has 5 kids (one on the way) and she lives in the getto. She is also on welfare with no job. she sits and watchs soap opreas all day. every kid has a different father, 2 of them are in jail and 1 is dead (he was in a night fight, he killed someone and others didn't like that so they killed him.) they all said they cared about her and loved her and she claims that she was using a codanm all 6 times and they all break. i need help to help her, if that makes sense. i have this small bungallow, i am renting to different people, but right now no one is using it. i said she could live there before instead of the getto somewhere in califorina, but she said no. anything i can do or say that might change her mind and get her to live with us, or should i let her screw herself and her kids. HELP

My husband left about 2 weeks ago - we are still on friendly terms (we have a 4 year old daughter) we can still talk and in fact talk better now we are apart than we did when we were together (no there is no chance of reconcilliation)

Just recently I have been thinking about my wedding ring - I sort of want to remove it but I have had a ring on that finger for 10 years 3 years engagement ring and 7 years wedding ring and I just feel like I would miss the ring on that finger.

My question is for those who have gone through separation or divorce - when did you remove your ring and what made you take that step to remove it?

Well my dad drinks like beer every day
like 4
and the limit is 2
and i tell him but he doesnt listen
he says tht he doesnt hurt anybody
and that he is really thirsty
i tell him to drink water but he doesnt like water
i throw away all the beers but tht doesnt stop him to go buy more
also cigarrates i throw them out but he still keeps buying
he doesnt want to understand

My husband and i got in an argument because he was at the bar and instead of coming home he went to a mutual couples house that we hang out with. well, he decided to go out with the girl friend while the guy friend stayed home. I did not know this because he would not answer his phone. i just happened to call my girl friend to see if he was with the guy friend. she did not answer the first time either. well i called her again and she said that they were on there way to the bar. I became irrate and told him to come home. She refused to bring him home because they were almost there and she already had these plans. So, I went to the bar to confront him after yelling at him I left and they still continued to stay at the bar and party together until 1:30am. They both said they thought it would be ok because we are all friends but i feel so hurt that they did not care how I felt. How can a husabnd and a friend continue to party together when I am so upset. Any advice

We have been married for almost a month now, but I'm feeling like our marriage isn't going to last. My husband isn't affectionate toward me any longer... he doesn't want to wear his wedding band and he doesn't hug me when he goes to sleep anymore. well umm, the thing is, whenever i reeeeeallly like a boy and he has the same feelings for me back, when he asks me out, i always say no! i have no idea why i do it. i think its because i feel, if i go out with this person, i HAVE to kiss them and do all sorts of stuff with them (u know wat i mean) and if i don't do it, they'll dump me. the boys are like this all the time where i come from. even if i love this person soo much, i still cant say yes. boys who i've had crushes on have asked me out numerous times and i have said no to all of them. and i feel so alone, all because i wont say yes. and even though i wanna say yes soooo much, i just cant help but say no. please help, its getting me down so much. well i am a olive or tan complexion. i was always proud of it . my culture prefers peple with really light skin even though they mite not be pretty but just because they are light skin they are considered god sent beautiful creatures. but since gotten arranged married to a man. i always feel from my inlaws side that he is better looking. his cousins are always commenting on how handsome he is or women at work flirt with him. he says all thses things in front of me and my husband, my husband just smiles or laughs like he is sooo happy that women like him at work. now I WANT U TO KNOW I AM PRETTY CUTE MYSELF but when it comes down to it he is fair. so why is his family even mom and dad saying good things about his looks but never said oo we found a perfect daughter in law. my husband doesn't like dark skin either he sometimes makes fun of people from our culture who have dark skin. and i can't get it out of my mind when he makes love to me how can he?? its hurting me inside more....

My boyfriend of 3 years has asked me to marry him, recently. I love him with all my soul. And, I said "yes." My best friend of 18 years has asked me to marry him, again recently. Granted, he has asked 5 times, and I have not given him an answer. He says he will leave me forever if I choose my boyfriend...I said "yes" already. How do I break it to him gently? I am still close with a man I dated *T*. We were involved well over 12 years ago--we discussed marriage, but in the end things didn't work out. We have been friends the last six years. My husband, to whom I've been married to for 10 years enjoys being with *T* and has no problem with us staying close. T called me on Monday to tell me he asked his live in *D* to marry him the night before. Hubby and I are very happy for him--they're going to Vegas. *T* wants us there, his fiancee (whom I've met once--at his father's funeral) is opposed to it. In all honesty I've never really spoken with *D*, My feeling is, if he's happy, then I'm happy. I do NOT want to come between them or cause any friction. I'm probably going to be 'unavailable' for that weekend. Any suggestions? Am I doing the correct thing by being 'unavailable'?

This is so backwards some people say that you should leave home at 18. Very reasonable(not). And then you have the side that says you have to make 16 dollars an hour to move out. I live in georgia how am I supposed to make 16 dollars an hour right out of high school.

Now I am re asking both questions.

How old should I be to move out?

and How much money do I need?

I currently make 11 an hour?

I'm upset and hurting, depressed and feeling alot more.... My fiance of 9 months is taking a break from me... I'm scared our relationship is going to work out, he promised me he would never leave me and ended up doing so. I feel unwanted, hurt, used and wanting to be alone from now on. It seems thats how everything suppose to be for me, I'm not meant to be happy. He often calls me, "Stupid","hoebag", "Fatty" and alot more. I'm none of those things :(, he didn't call for a few days and I asked him why he hasn't called, he said, "I don't have feelings for you anymore". I just feel like I don't want to be here anymore. I trusted him, but It seems 9 months have gone to waste. I want things to work out with him, but it seems as if he isn't going to give any effort... I'm always going to be alone :(

When my girlfriend told me she was pregnant, I decided to end our relationship. I never wanted to be a father. My daughter is 3 years old and I've never seen or spoken to her. I do realize I have a financial responsibility, so I pay child support without any problems. She could look me up when she's older if she wants, but right now I'd rather have nothing to do with the situation. Is it fair that some people call me a deadbeat?

my mom decided that she wants to split up with my dad and she has this new boyfriend. now mind u the guy is kinda cool, but there are days that i just don't know how to feel. i meen ya i want to see my mom happy, but i miss my dad at the same time. me and my dad are like best friends. now i recently had a baby two weeks ago and my mom, my moms boyfriend, and my dad were there, but it was awkward. and when my dad visits it is just weird to try and talk to him about my mom because when he asks a question about her i cant lie to him so i tell him the truth and then i see the hurt look in his eyes. i just feel like sometimes my mom dosent see how i feel about the new relationship and that she never will. i want to move out and live with my boyfriend, but im only 17 i don't have a job and i don't want to make him feel like im living off of him with the baby. what should i do about my situation.

So I've been with my boyfriend for a year and a half, and I feel like I love him, we're both in college. I feel like we both are each other's best friends, in fact I know that we are. I sort of feel like we're getting into that attached stage though. Where I always want to be with him, and if he doesn't call, I worry that something is terribly wrong, and we both seem to get jealous and paranoid. At least for me I overanalyze every situation when it comes to him and another female, and he gets a little jealous when I hang out with a group of people and guys happen to be there. I know that it's not healthy. He is also the only person that is truly involved in my life. I don't hang out with any of his friends because a.) they go to college far away b.) when they're home im in my hometown and c.) they're all guys that i dont have much in common with. At college we pretty much hang out with each other and that's it. What should I do to keep our relationship healthy at 20 years old?
