i am a single mother of a 12 year old - have custody now - went to trial last week - judge is making decision next week the 15th-
wants a last rebuttle from me- ? what do I say ??

The easiest thing is to have your child, at 12 years old they can do this is most, but not all, states, say that they want to be with you. If they do and you are in a state that takes 12 as the age of choice, then it's a slam dunk. Besides, who has done such a great job of raising her to this point? YOU!!!

Get some advice from a good Lawyer. It might cost a few dollars but your child is worth the money and he can tell you much better than any of us what is best for the judge to hear.

Tell the truth, the whole truth, do not try to fabricate anything, the judge will see right through it. Be a good mother.
